Turn right at the traffic light intersection in front of Cherngtalay Police Station and go straight onto BanDon-Cherngtalay Road (Route 4030) for about 1.7 kilometers. Turn right onto Soi Pasak 4/1 for about 650 meters and turn left for about 100 meters. Turn right again for another 220 meters and turn right onto Soi Cherngtalay 2 for about 270 meters. This villa is a vacation place for my family, and we've ordered this villa shortly. My family and I decided to buy 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We also ordered a furniture package because it will help us save the time to look and buy the furniture by ourselves. The villa surrounding is spacious, providing a safety gate. The garden is decorated with plants, and there is a cozy corner that offers high privacy. Also, there is another swimming pool in the middle of the villa. I will bring my parents to stay here during their retirement to spend time on vacation and avoid the hustle and bustle. It is suitable for relaxing. It is situated in rural areas and away from Bang Tao Beach for 10 minutes in terms of location. The traffic here is not jammed, unlike in the city where the traffic is quite congested, making our journey around is quite convenient and life more comfortable.

I had a chance to talk with the salesperson, and I found out that the project is remarkable. It's a built-to-order villa at a reasonable price. It's spacious and nicely decorated. Located in a tranquil location, yet the project is not far from restaurants, shops, and shopping malls. Only 15 minutes drive to Bang Tao Beach, which it's not far for me. Another interesting project for investment.
