The common area maintenance fee for properties at Bayview Estate is a fixed amount of ฿3,000. This amount has to be paid by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.
Chaweng Beach is the nearest Beach from Bayview Estate and it is 3 km away.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

I'd been looking for a dream family vacation villa, and I came across this place from my friend's recommendation. When I saw it from the website, I really like the project. It's a sea view pool villa with 4 bedrooms. The atmosphere around the project is quiet and shady from big trees. It has modern architecture and super luxurious decoration, which is very suitable for living as a big family. The project is only 7-units available, so it's very private with a few neighbors. I like it very much.

Incredible built-to-order villas, located near many beaches, including Chaweng Beach, Bophut Beach, and Big Buddha Beach. Personally, the villas ranging from 3-4 bedrooms are beautifully designed with a spacious living area. When you come to a swimming pool, you can enjoy a view of the turquoise sea.

I heard that there will be a new villa project close to Coral Cove Beach and Chaweng Beach; therefore, I went to view a showcase. Overall, I'm interested in the project as it is a single-detached house project on a hill with a beautiful view. From the villa, you can enjoy a clear sea view. The design is luxurious and affordable. The exterior and interior decorations are mainly wood and stone, giving a warm touch of nature. Also, there is a good proportion of the living space and rooms. The large glass doors connecting to a balcony allows you to enjoy the sea breeze, which I like because it won't make you feel claustrophobic. It will take 1 year to complete the construction. Since the project is interesting, it isn't difficult to decide at all.

I have a plan to buy a villa in Koh Samui. I've searched for many places until I found it here. The design of it looks so luxurious. Most importantly, you can enjoy the sea view from every villa. There is also an infinity pool, and I’m so happy to imagine myself swimming in the pool. The price is reasonable. If you buy it now, I think they will offer you a convincing promotion. I think the villa might be very private because the whole project has only eight units. It's easy to travel around. It's only 1 kilometer away from Coral Cove Beach. It's a built-to-order villa. It takes about 1 year to finish. For me, I can't wait!!
The luxury project, but the on-site is not like the picture on the website.

The villa is not 100% completed yet, and I think it will be completed soon. I didn't expect it to be as beautiful as it looks on the website. But I think the luxury and the atmosphere here is wonderful. The project is located on a hill and not very steep. Getting in is not difficult. I think it is worth investing in and suitable for a vacation home !! Project facilities are fair compared to the price and location!
