The staff here provides a very good service. As the project is mixed-used for both a hotel and a residence, so the hotel guests and residents can share the common area, which is not very convenient.

It is suitable for long-term investment because many tourists are looking for daily and monthly rental. I think it will give good long-term returns.

The condo here is situated in a good location close to the main road. Most of the residents are Chinese and European. Traveling to various places is very convenient because there is a motorbike taxi in front of the condo. Besides, you can walk to the subway restaurant for just 5 minutes. Easy to find food at many restaurants, very convenient! In addition, I can say that the rooftop view of the condo is fantastic. There is also a swimming pool and a viewpoint overlooking Pattaya Beach. I am very lucky to stay at the condo here. In the room, it is beautifully designed. The disadvantage is that the elevator is too slow, and some days there are daily rental guests. Therefore, it is quite crowded. If you are looking for a place to stay near the beach in Pattaya, I think this place is suitable for living and investment !!

Our room is on the 30th floor, overlooking the peaceful sea view, vast living area, and marvelously decorated with a full set of furniture, but not very new. There is a large balcony, and the hot water system works just fine. A service-minded receptionist is always ready to help. I have stayed here multiple times and these units are sold construction, you don't often see that kind of high quality construction in Pattaya. Spacious and materials are sustainable. The project is literally a stone trow away from Pratumnak beach. A quite beach with less traffic. Pratumnak is easily to reach via the Thappraya road. Quality of the fixtures looks too cheap and not sustainable, but location wise its a good project. You need to invest in the interior if you would like to make it more liveable.
I just made the pre-sale contract for one room here as a vacation home. It's a great condo at an affordable price. The room I booked is a 1-bedroom type, which is well-proportioned and functional. Plus, I can turn the light and air conditioners on and off via mobile application, which is super convenient. The condo's infinity pool faces the sea view, so I can imagine myself sitting by the pool and enjoying a fantastic view, which is so pleasant. The location is in the prime area as it's not far from the city center. You can take only a few mins driving to Walking Street and Central Festival shopping mall. This project will be completed in 2021, which is so soon. Still, I can't wait! It's also the right investment choice as they guaranteed up to 7% returns in the first five years. I would say this is another interesting condo in Pattaya city.
I've been renting here for three months now. The location is excellent as it's not far from the city center. It takes only a few mins to Central Festival. Plus, it takes only 5-10 mins walking to Walking Street, where you can find many pubs and bars. This condo is in a tropical style that makes me feel so relaxed, like staying in a nice resort. On weekends, I usually go swimming or to the gym. The staff here always take good care of the common area; it's clean and fully equipped. Only a minor problem is the elevators are not enough for all residents. Sometimes, it wasted my time waiting to use it. The room I stay in is a 2-bedroom room on the 35th floor. It's well-decorated and well-proportioned. The view from my room is so lovely. I can see the sea view and Bali Hai Cape. Overall, I'm satisfied with the condo in both location and the condo.
I was looking for a condo in the Thappraya area. Accidentally, I came across the Palm Bay 1 Pattaya. It is a condo under construction in which I'd read through the information about the project, called to inquire, and went to visit the project sale gallery. The staff gave good advice. It made me feel like loving here. The decorations are modern and good, which looks very good. The room was beautiful, designed to be quite elegant. Furniture and decorations are nice and of good quality. I have aimed for a 1-bedroom because I am alone and the space size is suitable for me. Besides, this project also has a complete common area. It comprises an onsen, spa, steam room, sauna, and a beautiful view from the swimming pool. It is very worthwhile; so, I decided to reserve 1 room without changing my mind.
Located on a two way direction road(3rd road) the connectivity is already 10x times better than beach or 2nd road who are a one way street. The land of this project is a bit higher and therefore majority of the units will have a uninterrupted city view. Walking distance from terminal 21, Tesco lotus and Central Marina. Although not near the beach, this is a real pattaya city condo. I particular like the unit layout and functionality, the choice of materials are of good standards.
I have been staying here almost every weekend as it's not far from Bangkok. It takes about an hour on the motorways. The place is quite peaceful. Just a few minutes walk, you can get to the Cozy beach. It's an interesting beach as it's quiet and relaxed compared to other beaches in Chonburi. My room is a studio type with a perfect size. The furniture is durable. Another thing that I like is a large swimming pool with a slider. It's a kid's heaven. The fitness room is nice with weight-training and cardio equipment, but the air conditioners can malfunction sometimes. I told the staff, and they fixed it immediately. Not difficult to find food around the area. My favorite is the Chocolate Factory, less than 20 minutes. Cute shop with yummy food - such a quality time by having good food, chilling by the beach, and enjoying a good time.

I have booked this condo for 1 unit- 2 bedrooms with fully furnished. It saves my time decorating a lot. I've planned to rent it out shortly. The reason I chose this condo is because it is a new condominium project and outstanding. There will be many tourists visiting Pattaya in the future. No high-rise buildings are surrounding the project to commune with the Jomtien Beach view nicely from every unit, and it's considered the selling points of this project. There is also a full range of facilities such as a communal pool, jacuzzi, and a communal gym located on the 21 and 22 floors facing directly to the sea. Besides, I can relax comfortably on the 43rd floor. The highest floor will be an entertainment zone and an on-site restaurant where we can have leisure time in the evening. I think the 43rd floor will be the project highlight when it is completed. I'm the one who will be on that floor. I will also invest in this project because it is a popular and quality property from The Riviera Group. It is such a masterpiece. I believe in this project because of the construction building standard, and I think I won't be disappointed anymore.
