The staff here provides a very good service. As the project is mixed-used for both a hotel and a residence, so the hotel guests and residents can share the common area, which is not very convenient.
The location is excellent near Big C Extra Central Pattaya Branch also the Central Festival Pattaya, and Pattaya Beach within walking distance. The condo area is considered quiet, even in the center of Pattaya. The property has complete facilities with a shady atmosphere. The room I bought was a spacious 2-bedroom with well-decorated furniture. Overall, I totally like this property. It is an enjoyable place to live.

This is the first time my girlfriend and I visited Pattaya. We rented a studio room on the 29th floor here, but the room size is small for us, so if you come together with two or more people, I recommend renting a slightly larger room. The room has complete furniture, and more importantly, we can enjoy the sea view from the room's balcony. If talking about the rental price, it is reasonable for 2 weeks, and we are impressed with many things since the staff is friendly, the common areas are clean and shady. We used the pool almost every day and saw the garden's view, and the general atmosphere makes us feel very relaxed. This place is suitable for relaxing. Besides, the condo location is close to Jomtien Beach, less than 10 minutes' walk. We have a chance to eat Thai food and many kinds of seafood. I must say that Thai food is delicious at a reasonable price. For anyone who is visiting Pattaya, I recommend this place for your stay. This is a great choice!

The condo here is relatively new and provides good maintenance. The room I stay in is phase 1, next to the communal swimming pool. The room has a spacious balcony and is fully furnished. The project features a fitness room, sauna, and several swimming pools. In addition, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The downside is that it is open for daily rental. Sometimes, it is noisy from the next room, and it is busy during the day. Overall, it is fair, reasonable price, convenient transportation, and not far from the main road.
I stayed at this condo with a large group of friends. It has many facilities, such as a swimming pool, a gym, a garden and a healthy food shop within the project. The rooms we rented is mostly a 1-bedroom unit with furniture. We can have a sea view from the room as all our rooms are on the 17th floor, making it easier to walk to my friends' rooms. Jomtien Beach is near the condo, not within walking distance, but you can take a tuk-tuk there. Quite convenient!

I moved here in April 2016, and I was not used to the place at that time. Therefore I got lost very often. Now I think that getting around is convenient and not far from tourist attractions and shopping centers. Mini Buses are passing through the road. The condo is standard and very clean. The view from the rooftop pool area is absolutely stunning, overlooking Jomtien Beach and the surrounding sea. There are many small restaurants in the neighborhood. The internet speed is considered fast. Anyway, car parking areas are too narrow, and the road in the alley is tiny. If you have a car, you will feel a bit exhausted. The security system is okay, comprising CCTV installed surrounding the building.

I have booked this condo for 1 unit- 2 bedrooms with fully furnished. It saves my time decorating a lot. I've planned to rent it out shortly. The reason I chose this condo is because it is a new condominium project and outstanding. There will be many tourists visiting Pattaya in the future. No high-rise buildings are surrounding the project to commune with the Jomtien Beach view nicely from every unit, and it's considered the selling points of this project. There is also a full range of facilities such as a communal pool, jacuzzi, and a communal gym located on the 21 and 22 floors facing directly to the sea. Besides, I can relax comfortably on the 43rd floor. The highest floor will be an entertainment zone and an on-site restaurant where we can have leisure time in the evening. I think the 43rd floor will be the project highlight when it is completed. I'm the one who will be on that floor. I will also invest in this project because it is a popular and quality property from The Riviera Group. It is such a masterpiece. I believe in this project because of the construction building standard, and I think I won't be disappointed anymore.
The condominium is located next to the main road in the fertile community. There are many places near the project, such as fruit markets, restaurants, and a cabaret show. The on-site includes more than 20 retail shops, considered as complete and extremely comfortable. The common areas cover all ages of the residents, such as a swimming pool, saltwater pool, fitness center, conference room, and a large rooftop garden. My wife and I love to sit and relax, commune with the Pattaya views at night, which is very romantic. My room is 45 square meters. The space inside the room is well-proportioned. The furniture provided is from the SB design brand, which is the general standard quality. My room is on the 30th floor offering a stunning view of Pattaya Beach. It is an open view, beautiful and impressive. The project has a large number of units, but the allocation of space is quite good. The only disadvantage is the parking lot, which was given in the middle quantity. Some days I have a chance to park in the parking lot or double parking outside. Anyway, the security guard takes good care of safety and the convenience of getting in and out of the car.
I have been staying here almost every weekend as it's not far from Bangkok. It takes about an hour on the motorways. The place is quite peaceful. Just a few minutes walk, you can get to the Cozy beach. It's an interesting beach as it's quiet and relaxed compared to other beaches in Chonburi. My room is a studio type with a perfect size. The furniture is durable. Another thing that I like is a large swimming pool with a slider. It's a kid's heaven. The fitness room is nice with weight-training and cardio equipment, but the air conditioners can malfunction sometimes. I told the staff, and they fixed it immediately. Not difficult to find food around the area. My favorite is the Chocolate Factory, less than 20 minutes. Cute shop with yummy food - such a quality time by having good food, chilling by the beach, and enjoying a good time.
A good condo in a quiet location, just 5 minutes to Pattaya's center, where you can find all local amenities such as restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus, on the opposite of the project is a night market. The condo is clean with underground parking, a swimming pool, and a relaxation area. The size of my one-bedroom unit is approximately 45 square meters. It's in perfect size with a nice layout. There is a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen, a 4-seat dining set. I like the balcony corner as it's moderately wide to fit a small table to chill in the nice weather. My neighbors are both Thai and foreigners, which live together in peace. I would recommend you rent the motorbike to get around conveniently, and it will be fun. The price is reasonable that you wouldn't expect.
I rented a 1-bedroom unit at this condo that is quite large, coming with complete furniture. The condo condition looks a bit old, but it's incredible how well maintained it is. The overall atmosphere is quite shady, pleasant, and the pools are extensive. They look clean and inviting, but the gym is quite limited, not enough for people to use in rush hours. There is a security officer here. He is quite courteous and does an excellent job. The rental price is very cheap, so I signed the lease for 1 year. The location is perfectly tranquil and convenient for traveling with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You can quickly get around. Most importantly, it is very close to Jomtien Beach, it takes me about 15 minutes on foot, and it's a place where I can swim and relax.

Great location with a convenience store nearby, and there are many choices for restaurants. The project has many activities to do. There is a large swimming pool with a slider on the ground floor, a big greenery area in the common area, and many bars for drinking, chilling, and having snacks. Also, the infinity-edge pool helped me to admire the panoramic sea view. I stayed there for 3 months in a studio room at 31 sq.m with a king-size bedroom. The interior is the best, which is a luxurious design inside and using excellent materials. The size of the room is perfect for me. There are a kitchen corner and a big balcony. I got many foreign friends who stay there as well. Besides, the staff was very friendly and responsible. I can’t be more impressed!
I've been renting here for three months now. The location is excellent as it's not far from the city center. It takes only a few mins to Central Festival. Plus, it takes only 5-10 mins walking to Walking Street, where you can find many pubs and bars. This condo is in a tropical style that makes me feel so relaxed, like staying in a nice resort. On weekends, I usually go swimming or to the gym. The staff here always take good care of the common area; it's clean and fully equipped. Only a minor problem is the elevators are not enough for all residents. Sometimes, it wasted my time waiting to use it. The room I stay in is a 2-bedroom room on the 35th floor. It's well-decorated and well-proportioned. The view from my room is so lovely. I can see the sea view and Bali Hai Cape. Overall, I'm satisfied with the condo in both location and the condo.

There are small and big trees in the project area to provide shade and fresh air. I like to come and relax here on weekends because it's not far from Bangkok. This project is located near a new motorway Bangkok - Rayong, just 3 kilometers away. It's very convenient to travel from Bangkok with only a few hours driving. I always spend time here to recharge myself on my day off alone and escape from the hustle, bustle of the city.
