I bought this house at the beginning of this year. It is a detached house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area is very usable and spacious. There is beautifully decorated furniture. Besides, the kitchen, living room, and multi-purpose room are large, available for holding activities or parties. I bought this house because I want all my family members to spend their time comfortably and easier. It is accessible walking to the office and school, more convenient for my family, and a lot of time for relaxation. Also, we have more time to spend with my family as well. This project is very safe as a security guard is doing his excellent responsibility. Moreover, the on-site comprises modern facilities, whether a communal pool, a communal gym, public park, etc. In general, It matches and is worth it!
I moved into this house 1 year ago. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the village atmosphere, which is quiet, clean, and secured. The house is in a modern style and unique. It has 3 bedrooms, which is a functional floor plan. The bedrooms are quite wide, with sexy-bath bathrooms. The materials are also quite good, and the house is airy and bright because there are many large windows. Shame that the garden is too small occupying the frontage.
I have stayed here for 4 years, its very convenient for people who drive a car or without. There's motobike to go to the nearest APL station (Hua Mak) , It can easily access to town or Survanabhumi airport. Inside the mooban have their own private gym and swimming pool. All managed well by the management.Overall , its really good location and convenient place to stay. And not to mention, the price is affordable compare to the city unit. It's very suitable for family stay.
