Direction to the Project
-Travel by public transport, you can take the ARL service. The nearest station is Hua Mak ARL Station, then head west along Kamphaeng Phet 7 Road about 300 meters and grab a motorcycle taxi to the project. It will take approximately 10 minutes to reach the project.

-Travel by private car, you can start from Prawet Intersection, drive to the east to Sukhumvit 77 Road and go straight for about 170 meters. Then make a U-turn and continue straight on Sukhumvit 77 Road about 3.8 kilometers.After that, switch to the left lane to Pattanakarn Road and continue straight for about 1.8 kilometers. Finally, turn left onto Soi On Nut 70/1 intersection 2, and you will find the project on the left.

Truly residential for a family!

The house I bought was a large detached house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. I decided to buy a big house because I wanted to be with my parents. This project is located on Pattanakarn Road, which is relatively peaceful, not crowded, and provides high privacy. Besides, it offers a private and relaxing atmosphere, as well as a large clubhouse as well. I can confidently say that it is a worthwhile decision because the project offers full facilities. There is a swimming pool, living room, fitness center, and a large communal garden with an excellent security system and CCTV at the entrance and exit, as well as crucial spots in the project. Personally, although the project is not in the center of the city, I still feel it is convenient. In this neighborhood, there are also Lotus market, MaxValu-Phatthanakan, and other shopping malls. Overall, my family and I are very impressed here.
