there is a lot to love about baan pattaya properties. the village is well built, quiet, has good security, clean and best of all..... all power lines are underground! house construction quality is very good and being a luxury development, they allow you to customise your house. the village is located 3 minutes from motorway 7 allowing easy access to most international schools. the residence is private and very livable. the project is small with not many houses, enabling the management team to provide comprehensive service. i was very impressed by the excellent after-sales service. i bought one and also recommended the project to friends. the project has a great security system. there is a security guard on duty 24 hours a day, and the location is excellent, quiet but conveniently close to sukhumvit road, and famous tourist attractions. the house is in high quality; i have noticed that their previous projects were sold out fast. never heard any serious complaints. the property is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms suitable for my family. the parking is for 2 cars, and you can choose whether you need a pool. the materials meet standards and very detailing. the common area includes a pool and a garden for you to get closer to nature and fresh air. it's also convenient for traveling, not far from jomtien beach, less than 10 minutes driving, and 20 minutes to pattaya city. the staff is friendly. they welcome and take care of us well. the price starts at 3 million baht. worth the money and investment ever! recommend it. the village here is about 15 kilometers close to pattaya city. however, it has many facilities in the neighborhood, whether a fresh market, supermarkets, and restaurants. the house has a wide area, but the inside is quite old, like it's never been renovated and maintained. anyway, it is located in a good and quiet location, suitable for people who do not like chaos. traveling from the village alley is quite far and deserted. along the way, there are shops and community districts. this project is a luxury village and is a made-to-order project. the showroom is a beautiful villa with a small swimming pool and has a lawn for various activities. the house here is in modern style. all furniture is of premium grade. i think that it is very suitable for a vacation home. a modern and beautifully-designed house with functional space. the house comes with an indoor parking space for 2 cars. my house has 3 bedrooms with a private swimming pool. the project itself has high privacy, as there are only 14 units. i like that the house has a lot of lighting panels so that the natural light and wind could come in and save the bill! the house's direction is perfect for good wind flow, so it's quite airy. the house's materials are of high quality, modern, and fits perfectly into the house design. around the project is quite pleasant and surrounded by nature. it's perfect for those who love the privacy and get away from the chaotic environment. plus, it's easy to get to jomtien beach, about 10 kilometers or 30 minutes to terminal pattaya, a shopping and community mall. this neighborhood is full of communities, and many villages are surrounded. it gets crowded and has many convenience stores. it's easy to get around, and there is also a fresh market nearby, which is very cheap. i like living here as the houses are beautifully designed. there is a large private swimming pool. it is a spacious 1-story house, and we live with 4 people. it is not cramped and perfect if traveling to pattaya. it takes about 20 minutes by car. anyone looking for luxury detached houses in huai yai, pattaya, i recommend this place. it was my first impressive project that i've been so proud of because of the great location and convenience to reach everywhere, just 15 minutes to jomtien beach. also, the surrounding area and house that i live in are considered good with friendly neighbors. the house is fully furnished with good quality furniture and a modern design. the in-house facilities are varied, such as a private pool and car parking spaces, but the pool is a bit small. however, i am never disappointed to buy the house at the amaliya village.
