It is an old condo, but the project location is good, near Asoke BTS station. So I chose to rent here because it is close to the office and easy to travel to. The condo area is clean, quiet, and features a complete range of common facilities, but it is quite old. I think that the condo hasn't been maintained for a while. Everything looks old and not very attractive to use. As for my room, it is a fully furnished one-bedroom and well-allocated space. Besides, it is well-ventilated through it all day. Therefore, the room is not musty.
Moreover, the nearby neighbors are friendly, kind, and do not make noise during the night. Overall, the environment here is nice, and the price is not high too.

I've been here for almost six years. I bought 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. My office is near the condo; so, I decided to buy it. It's close to many public transportations, and I always take the BTS at the Asoke station because it's the nearest station to my condo. I often take the BTS more than other transportation because I have to use this route to work every day. After work, I always feel good staying at the condo, and I can spend more of my free time resting. It's different staying at other condos. When I moved here, I have more personal time and convenience to do everything, whether shopping, traveling, and staging delicious food with a wide selection. It's convenient in all aspects of my life. The on-site features a rooftop pool, a fitness center, BBQ grilled area, etc. There are security guards who always take care of 24 hours, and key card access system in terms of the security system, good protection from outsiders entry. I think it's a good place, the location is excellent, and the project features a wide range of facilities and a perfect security system.
The condo is modern, and the technology system used in the condo is advanced, whether it is an auto parking system that residents do not have to find the parking because this system will find a parking space for the residents. Whether we go home late, there will be a parking space for us. Moreover, there is a security system with a key card system and 24-hour security guard as well. Others cannot enter the project only if they exchange their ID card. You can trust this condo and don't have to worry.
As for the passenger elevators, I think it's enough for all residents because there are five elevators. Besides, there are many relaxation places where we can choose. No matter what angle it is, it is comfortable to sit because there are many resting corners to choose from according to your favorite style. There are also the relaxation corners, but there is also the communal pool (Salt System) with overlooking a 180-degree Bangkok and The Chao Phraya River view as well as many facilities such as a gym, sauna, multipurpose room, etc.
Personally, I like the design of the project. The room is well-designed and organized, in which the room looks spacious and airy. Besides, the project provides fully-furnished furniture. I have lived here for about three months, and I have not heard annoying problems yet. I felt pleasant when staying here because it is very tranquil, although the project's location is in Sukhumvit.
Furthermore, it is convenient to go everywhere both by private car or taking Nana BTS Station. However, most of the people take the BTS Skytrain. I think that in the future, real estate prices in this area will definitely be higher. It is suitable for investment.

It’s exactly what I like when I saw it in a five-star hotel. The pool is big and full of foreigners. It makes me relax, and I can make friends. It seems that so many expats chose to stay here so that I won’t get lonely. Never heard of any complaint at all, which is good. One of the reasons to stay here is security systems. It’s properly strict. It’s my main concern as I stay alone. The guards work hard, but super friendly to other residents and me. I’m impressed by how they can remember us.
The project is in a perfect location. It’s near my school, so I walk. It’s also easy to find food as the area is bustle and full of commuters. Oh! And if you want to travel, there are Phetchaburi MRT and Asoke BTS nearby. Usually, I catch a bike taxi to get there because it’s really convenient. One more thing, the condo is near the University and a massive stadium for running. I always go there. It’s free and helps me to get to know people.

They really pay attention to every detail. The staff always willingly helps me. Excellent security system, making me feel safe throughout my stay here.

It might be inconvenient for people who have to use the sky train because you have to take another car. Celes Asoke is an iconic building erect in the heart of the Asoke CBD, only 500 meters away from the Asoke BTS Station and the Sukhumvit MRT Station. The facilities are above standard with three separate jacuzzis for residents to enjoy. There's also a Yoga Pod and Virtual Fitness which are definitely a plus!
I used to rent here with my friend. It is a nice condo near the office, easy to travel to, and convenient for life. The room is spacious, allocated spaces into zones, making the room tidy and storing many things. Besides, the common area includes a communal pool, a gym, and a jacuzzi, which all areas are clean and well-maintained. The staff also well-took care of the residents and excellently helped them as well.
