Transportation
To get there by private car, start at Terminal 21 on Sukhumvit Road, then head northeast (pass the EmQuartier) about 300 meters and turn left again to Soi Sukhumvit 23 for 400 meters. Turn left to Soi Prasanmit for about 200 meters, and the project will be on your right-hand side.

To get there by public transportation, get off at the Sukhumvit MRT station, head northeast for about 220 meters, then turn right onto Sukhumvit Soi 21/1. Walk for 260 meters and turn right about 65 meters. The project will be on your left-hand side.

    My stay at the Wind Sukhumvit was great, its built by major developments (a well known BKK developer), so has a nice up-market feel, but is show some signs of ageing and wear and tear. Units are well laid out and decent views offered on some units. The swimming pool is nice and usually quite quiet and private, with a small but ok gym to add. Security are good and there all day/night with a shuttle bus down to the BTS which is only 7-8 mins walk. Easy access to Terminal 21 and the CBD - so overall well recommended.

    I have been living here for 3 years, and I think the condominium is reasonable. The area is rich in business venues, entertainment, bars, restaurants, and big shopping malls like The EmQuartier, The Emporium, and Terminal 21. It is also close to both Asok BTS Skytrain and Sukhumvit MRT, which allows easy commuting. My room is a 1-bedroom type at 54 sq.m, which I think it's very spacious for my brand name bag collection. The design of the room is excellent in well-proportion. I have heard that they applied special techniques to allow wind flow, so it's always airy without relying on air conditioners, which helps me save my electric bills. Although the condo is pretty aged, it doesn't look bad at all because the juristic persons maintained it very well, both exterior and interior. The facilities are various. I am a health lover, so I always use a gym and a swimming pool. For those who live with family, the project provides a playground for kids. The security system meets the standard. There are security guards for 24 hours and key card access, so I don't have to worry about it. Such a shame that the parking lots are not enough for residents with cars. But overall, it is okay. I recommend it!!
