15 Sukhumvit Residences is a 25-story high rise condominium development comprising 1 building and 500 residential units on the land area of 2-3-73 Rai. It is developed by Crown Development and was completed in 2013.

Regarding the 25-story high rise condominium and completed for 7 years, the Crown Development renovated all construction buildings and facilities in order to impress the residents. All facilities are arranged at the Northern and Eastern sides because these two directions allow residents to commune the fantastic view. The clubhouse is on the 7th floor, while a communal gym is on the 8th floor, and the sky-pool is on the 9th floor.

However, there are many types of rooms, which are from studio to 3 bedrooms. The brick wall is well-painted and white-washed. The floor is paved with granite tiles, and the ceiling is 2.6 height to the floor. Besides, the door is used real wood with two silver lines across the vertical along with a door handle, which is available for all units.

    Overall building is acceptable, many people working in the CBD live her and some retired expats. The project has some decent sized units, although they are a bit outdated its acceptable.

    Overall a decent place to live, with fingerprint entry to the building, alot of units but generally a pretty quiet place. It does have a few ladyboys living there, which can give you fright in the morning on the way to work - but otherwise, a nice place to live, down the road from Soi 11 and easy access to Terminal 21, Nana and to the BTS.

    I am a salaryman working in famous malls in Sukhumvit. I got to know this condo because my friends live here. I have had the opportunity to visit my friends very often, so I am interested in continuously gathering the project's details from my friend, asking about the atmosphere and facilities here, whether it is okay or not. Yet, the furniture in the room is strong and durable. I decided to move here. The room that I choose to buy is just a 1- bedroom, 1 bathroom, which is different from my friend's room that he has chosen to buy 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. So, the room space is totally different. My room is smaller than my friend's room. Anyway, the furniture in the room is similar. When opening the door, there will be a small kitchen on the right. Also, there is a built-in shoe rack in this section as well. Next to the kitchen, it is a living corner. There are a TV sofa set and a multi-purpose storage shelf, where I can put the books that I like to read on this shelf. It is arranged with many books and decorated with the picture frames, flowers scattered at many points, making the room nice and beautiful. Next to the living corner, it is a dining table set in front of the balcony. The glass door can be slid opened and closed here. Looking outside, you will see a beautiful city view. As for my bedroom, it can fit a 6ft bed. The space between the bed and the wall is about 60 cm. The bathroom can go in and out in two ways, both in front of the living room and from my bedroom. In addition, I really like the middle part of this place. It allocated fitness, clubhouse, swimming pool in the same zone on different floors. It is very spacious. A view of the city of Sukhumvit can be easily seen from these central angles. The location of the condo is also very easy to travel. You can enter-exit in two routes: Soi Sukhumvit 13 and Soi Sukhumvit 15. It is also close to the Nana and Asoke BTS stations, but I prefer to take the Nana BTS station because it is closer than Asoke station. The surrounding area comprises many shops, restaurants, and department stores. It is making life more convenient.
