    The condo is modern, and the technology system used in the condo is advanced, whether it is an auto parking system that residents do not have to find the parking because this system will find a parking space for the residents. Whether we go home late, there will be a parking space for us. Moreover, there is a security system with a key card system and 24-hour security guard as well. Others cannot enter the project only if they exchange their ID card. You can trust this condo and don't have to worry. As for the passenger elevators, I think it's enough for all residents because there are five elevators. Besides, there are many relaxation places where we can choose. No matter what angle it is, it is comfortable to sit because there are many resting corners to choose from according to your favorite style. There are also the relaxation corners, but there is also the communal pool (Salt System) with overlooking a 180-degree Bangkok and The Chao Phraya River view as well as many facilities such as a gym, sauna, multipurpose room, etc. Personally, I like the design of the project. The room is well-designed and organized, in which the room looks spacious and airy. Besides, the project provides fully-furnished furniture. I have lived here for about three months, and I have not heard annoying problems yet. I felt pleasant when staying here because it is very tranquil, although the project's location is in Sukhumvit. Furthermore, it is convenient to go everywhere both by private car or taking Nana BTS Station. However, most of the people take the BTS Skytrain. I think that in the future, real estate prices in this area will definitely be higher. It is suitable for investment.

    I have been married to my Russian husband and moved to Thailand for many years to do business. My husband runs a real estate business in Thailand; hence, he knows many good condos. I like Hyde Sukhumvit 11 because there are 39 floors in one building with the modern style room design. The swimming pool at the roof with a panoramic view of Bangkok. And our room is on the 16th floor. It has 2 bedrooms with the kitchen area adjacent to the walkway. It was decorated with furniture in black, gray, and white tone, shady common area. There are a sky garden and a living garden for relaxation. It provides a gym, sauna room, meeting room, library, and full facilities available. And the highlight for our home is a model golf course where the residents can use the service. My husband liked it very much. There has an elevator access control system and the electronic door lock system that are secure and private. Even though I'm in the center of the city, I don't need to use a car because it's easy to travel around and near many shopping malls. It takes only 5-10 minutes to Nana BTS station and walking to shopping at Terminal 21 for just 15 minutes.

    I think here is a dream condominium that many people are looking for. The project designed is a simple decoration, and fabulous with luxury style. There are many green spaces and a waterfall next to the lobby, to block the noise from the outside. The project is a new building, beautiful, and clean. There are many activities to do in the common area, especially watching a movie in the entertainment room and playing golf at the golf drive range. Furthermore, there is a swimming pool with a Bangkok panorama view where residents can use the service for free. Great location, surrounded by various restaurants, shopping malls, and near to BTS station, only 450 meters by walk. However, the rental price is quite expensive.

    I am planning to move to a new condominium to stay, and it supposed to be near my workplace. Fortunately, I had a chance to visit my friend’s room at Hyde Sukhumvit 11. I love that the project went through the details of what the residents will need. The room is not spacious but functional. Once I was there, the room doesn’t make me feel cramped or uncomfortable at all. It came fully furnished with storage compartments in the kitchen area that go along well with the design, and make the whole room look tidy. It seems that the project selected high-quality materials. The layout of the room can be a bit confusing for the first time as I have to walk past the living area to the dining area by the window, but that’s understandable as they need an open space connecting from the bedroom to the living area. To divide these areas, they use the slide glass partition, there is no rail on the floor so I won’t stumble from walking around the area. I’m also satisfied with the location of the project as there are many restaurants, shopping centers, convenience stores, and hospitals nearby. It will support my living because the area is really bustle by Thais and foreigners working and traveling in the area. The BTS is not that far though, I think I can walk to the station or take a bike taxi which is really easy to find. But, the best way is to use the shuttle bus provided by the project to the station. That even makes it more convenient! Perhaps, I don’t recommend driving your own car because the traffic can be hectic during rush hours. Oh! And for the food lover, you can call the area ‘heaven’ as there are several choices of food such as Thai, Korean, Japanese, and Western food. So far, this condo is the most favorite choice for me. If I can’t find anywhere better within two weeks, this condo will definitely be my new home.
