    Ashton Asoke's highlight is its location in the heart of Asoke CBD right by the Sukhumvit MRT Station and neighbouring the famous Terminal 21. Units are small, but doable for students who don't utilise the unit as much. Facilities are well-designed.

    I have been living here since the project has been completed. The interior of the room is in a modern style. This project is probably the tallest project in this area. It is located in Asoke city center, next to Asoke BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, suitable for commuting in the city and avoiding rush-hour traffic. The condo area also has many leading shopping centers, Terminal 21, Central Embassy, ​​Siam, and Siam Paragon. The common area is on the 35th and 35th M floors, including a social club library, jacuzzi, sauna, gym with a panoramic view of the city, swimming pool in semi-outdoor, or in-door style. It is suitable for the weather in Thailand. You can swim during the day without getting burnt. Personally, I really like this project. I think that I will continue to stay.

    I just got a job and moved to Thailand, looking for excellent accommodation nearby Sukhumvit Road. I want a convenient place to stay and do not need to use a car or waste my day on the traffic road. The condo here matched what I needed. I walked a few steps to Sukhumvit MRT and only a 5 minutes walk to Asoke BTS that is very convenient to travel in Bangkok. The condo is also close to Terminal 21, where I can enjoy shopping on my day off. I enjoyed my day here. The panoramic view in the room is so incredible, Classy & luxury room. They provide a large Jacuzzi swimming pool, gym, and full of facilities inside the project. I can feel like this condo is a real relaxation place. Superb !!!

    I am a doctor who moved to Samitivej Hospital. Rent a condo alone at Ashton Asoke recommended by a friend who works together. Transportation is also convenient because it is close to Sukhumvit BTS and Asoke BTS. It is located near the shopping center. It takes a short time to go shopping at Emquartier and chill out. I chose a studio room on the 44th floor because I love to see Bangkok's view at night very much. Facilities here are no less functional. Especially the swimming pool on the upper level without the edge of the pool; you can swim, relax with the view and the atmosphere that is comfortable as well. Other facilities include a fitness center, park, a 24-hour security system that comes with CCTV to make the residents feel comfortable. The interior is quite simple, and inside, the room will have fully furnished. There are suitable built-in wardrobes and shelves. Considering the price that I rented, It is very worthwhile if compared to the condo in Bangkok's center like this. I am still secretly thinking of buying it in the future for sure. Because if my daughter comes up to study here, she doesn't have to rent a condo.

    I have been staying in this condo for 2 weeks during the seminar in Bangkok. It is a stunning condo at an affordable price with a great swimming pool. You can enjoy a marvelous view of the city. Transportation is convenient as it is next to the Sukhumvit MRT. The project is in the business center area, where shopping centers and restaurants are easy to find.

    This condo is in the perfect location, just next door to my office and many malls. Conveniently commute by BTS and MRT. The project is in a luxurious style, and I fell in love with the design. Also, there is a large infinity-edge pool and jacuzzi, allowing me to enjoy superb city views while swimming. The room is spacious, clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Could have been better if the staff could speak English more fluently. Sometimes, we don’t understand each other.

    We are students at Srinakharinwirot University, Are half Thai-New Zealand Just moved to Thailand. the reason we have to move because we are currently studying at Srinakharinwirot University. and our father wants us to stay close to the university. so we decided to rent at Ashton Asoke condo. It is convenient and located only 650 meters from the university. along the way, there are choices of restaurants and convenience stores. all of the places are also close to Terminal 21, only 250 meters. It makes our traveling on vacation is very convenient as well. on both sides of the condo, there will be a sky train station. on the left-hand side is Asoke BTS Station, the right-hand side is the Airport link, so we don't waste time traveling, which takes a lot of time. For the first year coming to Bangkok, our father rented it first. and now my father has changed his mind to buy this condo for us. he bought it in case we work in Bangkok, and we don't need to move to another place because it is very convenient. For us, we chose the 1-Bedroom type with fully furnished. The room is spacious and suitable for people who want to stay in private, quiet, and relaxed. moreover, there is a range of facilities such as parking space, greenery garden, social club, swimming pool, kid's pool, jacuzzi, gym, changing room and bathroom, steam room, sauna room, library, laundry room, and rooftop. The swimming pool is our favorite part.     Excellent location, beautiful room decoration, it is suitable for investment. I love the attention to the room decoration and the beautiful view from the room, I like the wide windows. There are many facilities like a big swimming pool and gym and a good security system. The condo is also close to public transport, such as Asoke BTS, about 200 meters away, and Sukhumvit MRT is about 50 meters away. Another thing is the condo is not far from Terminal 21. I bought this condo when I come back to Thailand to relax, and I like city life. So I chose to buy Ashton Asoke because the project is in the heart of the city and it's very comfortable when going anywhere. The service is excellent as well.

    Honestly, I'm falling in love with the project here because there are all that I asked for. I was choosing the location first and pleasing to the design of the rounded glass project where located in the downtown of Sukhumvit, and so easy to go to work no need to use a private car. Very convenient for using public transportation. Close to Sukhumvit MRT Station, just a few steps away less than 2 minutes. Making us more comfortable, saving time, and happier. And the thing that I like is we were living on the 47th floor, which is the corner room. The design of the project is unique and modern. We can enjoy an unlimited view of 270 degrees from the city at night. It is also close to many malls, and just a few minutes walk to Terminal 21 or Korean Town. The important thing is that the common areas here are diverse such as the Salt-Water System Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Room, and Rooftop Garden. The rooftop garden is a place that we often use. The green area of the project is enough for recreation. Another advantage of the project is living in the middle of the city, giving us a variety of options to eat that surrounded by many restaurants of various nationalities and even in the middle of a busy city. Moreover, the project is located away from the road that makes me feel privacy and don't have to worry about noise as every balcony has a double-decker window system.     I changed my work to G-tower, so I decided to move to another place closer to my office. Honestly, it’s very difficult to find one as there are many condos in the Asoke-Din Daeng area. In the end, I decided to buy Ashton Asoke-Rama 9. I would say I have no regret buying it at all. The price may be higher than the other condos in the neighborhood, but I got everything I’ve paid for. This condo is in a luxurious and elegant style. They also used well-selected material. One of the things I am impressed with is there is a supercar parking That makes me feel relieved with parking issues. The legal entity of the project is attentive. A security system with 24-hour security guards, including digital doors, makes me feel very safe. I stayed in one bedroom, although the bedroom was not that large, it comes with perfect proportions. If you’re looking for a peaceful place, I recommend a little higher floor since the project is next to the main road, there is traffic around 24 hours a day. Besides, if it is an upper floor, you can enjoy the view of the city center. If anyone is interested in a luxurious condo in the CBD area, I definitely recommend this condo.
