i used to have an apartment in this complex, i really liked living there, but we moved to another area. in general, everything was convenient, the location was good

we have a holiday apartment here. a very decent place. the conditions and quality of life are all excellent. the price for this type of housing is very reasonable.

most convenient location you can find in phuket, close to beach, grocery, restaurants, cafes and other shops.

the townhouses are run down and filled with cheap worn furniture. it seemed like 3/4 of the residents there were transient russians as a good deal of them seemed to disappear after only a few months. the ones that didn't disappear seemed to be running some kind of business out of their townhouse. the security might as well be forgotten about as 90% of the time the entrance gate was left open and a good deal of the time at night the guards would be asleep in the security hut. around 11 months into my lease the landlord told me the rent would be raising by approximately 35% and that he had already been advertising the place as available. i decided to move out and obviously plenty of others did too. at time of writing there are some 24 units available for rent at this tired looking moo baan. i was never given a condition report when i moved in and when i moved out 12 months later the landlord did everything, he could to keep my security deposit. 10 months later the landlord still has 48,000 baht of my money. safety: the area around the moo baan is unwalkable at night due to roaming soi dogs.

as with all banyan tree properties, it comes with great services as a free shuttle bus to all lagoona hotels. there is a foreign supermarket walking distance, a beach with sunbeds and a shower within walking distance, a 50-bath shuttle to the villa market, and a 100-bath shuttle to patong and floresta - centers of fun and tourist life. the planning and design is smart (we have 3 bedrooms). i had to make a slight renovation in 2023, but generally super happy with cassia residence. you have security everywhere and personnel is friendly.

location near community areas, going to cherng talay, bang tao, going to the mall, no traffic jams, sending children to study in cherng talay, convenient, quiet, the materials the project has chosen are very good. worth the investment, easy to find a living, concrete road, very beautiful entrance. take a walk in the evening. the weather is very good. the owner is kind and open-minded and friendly.

the quality of materials really makes the villa stand out from the rest! i really enjoyed my time at an anchan villa during my vacation. highly recommend
