Next, turn left at Ban Jo (on the left side), continue driving for about 1.3 kilometers, and then turn right for about 44 meters. Turn right again, continue for another 74 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

I saw the project since the very beginning of the project, and the project's plot size is extensive for 600 houses. Each of which is not adjacent to each other. House types range from 3-5 bedrooms. The construction of the houses is delicate with durable materials. The houses vary in size. The price is affordable, so anyone can buy it. It didn't come with a furniture package. Great location embraced by mountains. The view and atmosphere are magnificent. It is also close to 7-11, Tesco Lotus, Mae Jo University, many markets, and restaurants.

I just bought this house a few months ago. It has a 3-bedroom, 2- bathroom for only 2 million baht. The space around the house is sufficient for a small garden to relieve stress. I bought a second-hand house from my friend at a special price than other units. The house is designed in an English-style house and fully furnished. I just drag my bag and move in. However, the project location is near Maejo University within a few minutes to get there. It is also convenient because there are markets, shops, restaurants, and 7-Eleven, so you don't have to travel far to shop. However, there are some disadvantages: it is in a deep alley, about 1 kilometer away from the main road. There are also no buses to drive through, and we must use a motorcycle taxi service. It will be more convenient if you have your own car. Thirdly, there are not many project facilities provided, and there will be only a communal garden with a 24-hours security system. For me, it is ok. Anyone who wants to own a cheap house, I recommend it, definitely not disappointed.
