Direction to the Project
You can start from Central Chiang Mai Intersection heading to Super Highway Chiang Mai - Lampang Road for about 1 kilometer. Turn right onto Highway 1001 and head towards San Sai District for about 11 kilometers until reach the San Sai District Agricultural Office. Turn left into Soi Ban Pa Kham Soi 6 about 300 meters and you will see the project located on the left-hand side.

I have seen the house in Chiang Mai many times but decided to buy at Ornsirin 11 because the location was okay. I work in Chiang Mai town and drive into town for only about 20 minutes. The traffic is not as heavy as other provinces. There is also a lake around the project as a relaxation area. Besides, there is a great gym and swimming pool in the village. There is no need to worry about safety as there are 24-hour security guards. In the house, it provides two parking lots and a small garden that you can raise pets. In the master bedroom, you will see a beautiful lake view when opening the curtain. The materials are decorated with quite good quality. I have to accept the disadvantage because it is far from the mall. Anyway, there are also many local markets. If anyone is looking for a house in Chiang Mai, we'd like to recommend the house here.
