Directions to the project
In case you get to the project by private car, start from the Thao Thep Krasattri Monument. When you reach the roundabout, take Exit 1 to Road No. 4025 and Route 4030. Keep driving for 15 kilometers and turn left onto Hua Khuan Tai Road. Go straight for 1.5 kilometers and turn right. Drive for 200 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take Exit 1 and drive for 33 meters; you will see the project on the right.

    I visited the Trees residence on multiple occasion and looked at different units, ranging from 1 bedroom all the way to the renovated penthouses with nice views over Kamala and the hillside. The project is getting slightly old and shows a bit of wear and tear on the outside, with a general holiday or holiday home feel, being quiet and open. The hill to access is pretty steep but has a great feeling of being up and away from it all. The units are pretty square layouts with full floor and ceiling windows so are very bright. It is a little far back into the village of Kamala and feels local, but that adds to the "holiday getaway" feeling - with everything you need on the main kamala streets, shops, restaurants and bars.

    Super peacful location during the low season months. The unit I stayed in had great moutain views surrounded by the jungle. Rental rates are really affordable but the upkeep of some of the common areas is a bit poor.

    I stay a the trees for 2 years their staff very good and have a free bus to go to the Kamala beach every hour.

    It's a nice project but being positioned in the mountains makes it not comfortable to walk around. The apartments itself are spacious and well designed. In general, the place is beautiful with nice mountain views.

    I have been here for many years. My room has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It is very spacious and divided into proper proportions and fully-furnished. I rarely have to buy additional furniture. There is a small kitchen with equipment so I can cook by myself. On some lazy days of cooking, I normally visit a restaurant in the project. The property offers very high privacy and shade because it is full of various trees to provide shade and fresh air. I feel like staying in a resort every time I'm at my condo. The common area here has many facilities available such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, and I spend most of my day swimming, sunbathing, and doing exercise. As a DJ, it is difficult for me to avoid alcohol. I often go to the sauna to eliminate alcohol from my body. When the weather is good, I will play tennis in the project's court or drive a motorbike to Kamala beach, which is 10 minutes away. Even though the condo location is away from the main road and surrounded by forest, it doesn't make me worried about safety at all. There is 24-hour security here. I recommend you to rent a car. It will be safer than driving a motorcycle because of the steep hill that requires skilled drivers. Apart from this, I can't think of other downsides.
