I bought a house here for a family vacation home because the price is reasonable, not very expensive, and near Khao Tao beach. If you want to get to Hua Hin town, it's considered easy to travel. The project has a relatively good security system, a nice swimming pool, and a well-maintained garden. The neighbor is cute, not noisy, making me feel private. The house I bought is large, with fully furnished 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Excellent! Good value for money.

Our house is decorated with wooden furniture, and the atmosphere around the house is quiet and pleasant to live in. The house area is surrounded by a high fence, making life very private. There is also a swimming pool and a garden where you can relax comfortably. The people are not crowded either. The village area is very secured as there are 24-hour security guards. Furthermore, the neighbors are lovely. Personally, as I've been here for several years, it is such a good, quiet, and safe place to stay.

This single house is located in a good location in the Nong Kae area. My Thai husband and I bought it and lived comfortably because the house represents a cold, warm, and safe atmosphere. The project also paid great attention to every detail of their residents. Besides, when there are various problems, they can professionally solve those problems. I believe that it is such a quality team. Everything is good, whether the atmosphere, the neighbors, and the environment around the project makes me extremely impressed. The house is spacious, which comes with a relaxing area for you to sit and relax. As I mentioned above, it is very comfortable. Moreover, this detached house is located close to the tourist attractions of Hua Hin, such as Hua Hin Beach, and is also convenient to travel to. It was a decision to buy as a vacation rental without any disappointments.

The first time I saw this place, I was not impressed because I saw that it was quite old and the design looked vintage. Anyway, my wife likes it here. She thought that even though it's old, the quality is still good. The furniture and materials used to decorate the house are all premium grades, so I decided to buy and renovate some house parts. I have been here for 3 years now. I am impressed with the atmosphere, environment, and friendly neighbors. The village here is surrounded by shady trees. I think the summer atmosphere is very good, but in the rainy season, there will be a lot of insects in the evening!

Our family lived here for almost 5 years before moving back to our country. Living here was very comfortable, safe as the security guard works hard for the entire day. The house is large and spacious. There are 4 bedrooms decorated with a full set of furniture. An outdoor yard is suitable for dogs. The neighbors are very nice. I miss this place a lot.
