We relocated to Phuket for a business trip, and it was quite challenging to find a house here as there were many options. Finally, we chose it here. Our house has 3 bedrooms with ample space, fully-furnished and ready to move in. The project is in the Laguna zone with an incredible atmosphere from a lake and a shady garden. Our neighbors are friendly; most of them are foreigners, so we don't need to adjust much. Convenient location with many restaurants, stores, and nearby malls. The project can still be a bit pricey compared to other projects nearby, but the house here is worth money for its quality, maintenance, safety, and environment. Love it!

My family and I have stayed here for 2 years. It is a tranquil village and not crowded, close to schools, shops, restaurants, and markets. It is easier to spend life. My house consists of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living area is spacious and fully furnished. There is a yard for children to run and play around. The house area is decorated with a beautiful garden, outdoor sala, sunbeds, and a private pool. It makes me feel private to relax. The staff also takes care of the residents well, giving confidence in the safety system. My family and I are impressed a lot. In general, we feel comfortable while staying here. The location is also located far from the hustle and bustle. I can relax and be happy pleasantly after working. For those looking for a home situated in a quiet area, I will recommend it because it is worth the price paid.

The project is very well maintained in a great secure location, there's a shuttle bus that goes all around the project and shopping/entertainment areas close by. The product is top quality and the views of the golf courses all around is beautiful. Peaceful quiet and great for families.

Quiet area, clean and peaceful. Great view from most of the apartments. I live in this building for almost a year, the staff is cleaning very often, the pool is big and there is not so much noise around. The only thing I could say they should improve is the maintenance of the facilities. There are a lot of broken things in the gym which make it very hard to work out. Also the rooftop look really bad. The Jacuzzi are not working anymore and it is really broken and look like a mess over there. I think the apartments are great from the inside, but just because the way they take care of the building. the value should be lower. Why? because you can't really use those facilities - Jacuzzi or gym.

Laguna Village Townhome is a very peaceful project with high privacy. The overall environment is the best. The beautiful scenery of the lake is perfect, calm, and livable with nice neighbors. The house is a spacious townhome with fully furnished, good quality furniture, and ready to move in. There is a complete facility such as a swimming pool, a shop, a restaurant within the project, and a kid's club for the residents of all ages. Plus, there are many activities to do, also Laguna's golf courses. The journey is convenient. There is a Tops Supermarket and Villa Market, it is about 5 minutes away from the project, which is very convenient. The best choice of relaxing place in this town!

It is a secluded villa with excellent security. The villa includes two master bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen set. It is located in a vast golf course area. If you like to run or exercise in the morning, I think the weather here is great because the villa is next to the lake, garden and near Phuket town. There are many markets and shopping in the neighborhood. Anyway, I recommend having a private car to travel because it is very convenient, only 7 kilometers away from Central Festival Phuket.
