The project can still be a bit pricey compared to other projects nearby, but the house here is worth money for its quality, maintenance, safety, and environment. Love it!

Plus, there are many activities to do, also Laguna's golf courses. The journey is convenient. There is a Tops Supermarket and Villa Market, it is about 5 minutes away from the project, which is very convenient. The best choice of relaxing place in this town!

Nice villa, the pool is spacious, clean, and beautiful. Great place suitable for children and families. I like everything at Angsana Villa as all the staff is very nice, especially the receptionist. There was a warm smile that warmly welcomed my family and me. Inside the room that I have rented is 3 bedrooms with a private pool. It is beautifully decorated and warm, giving the feeling of Thai style. Very relaxing! The villa is extensive, comfortable, and complete. The service is also excellent. Angsana Villas is quite secluded and close to the beach as well just 4 kilometers away. My children can safely walk to the sandy beach. Besides, the project is not far from shops, restaurants, or department stores. It can travel to shops conveniently. This project is an environment of high quality and non-crowded people. So, don't worry at all, be able to relax fully.

As for the repair report, we have to wait a little time. I truly understand this matter because there are quite a lot of people reporting the problems. However, it takes not more than 1 week. In the Cassia Residence Phuket, there is an excellent service from the staff, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are ready to serve the residents every time. In the evening, we can swim and experience the sunset. It is also very convenient to go to the outside because there is a shuttle bus to the shopping venues and nearby tourist attractions. It is 800 meters close to restaurants, bars, massage and spa shops,

The condo is close to the city center, so it's easy to travel everywhere like Tesco Lotus, Central Festival, or the Weekend night market. Also near Patong Beach, it takes less than 20 minutes. The project's location is not on a busy road with optional routes. The condo was finished many years ago, so it looks a bit old. Most of the neighbors here are foreigners that live with family and children, making some noisy days. The room is large. You can see that there are small numbers of units in 2 buildings. I can enjoy the large space in the bedroom and bathroom, which has a bathtub and rain shower. The balcony is massive, too, so that I can enjoy the view. There is also a clubhouse, a pool, gym, and parking space.

I stayed here in a 2-bedroom villa. I was so impressed with the service here and the location near Nai Harn and Rawai beaches. There was nothing more I wanted to ask apart from a stunning mountain view full of green trees from the window. It's a peaceful and private place for vacation. Besides, the property is environmentally-friendly by adding tall green plants as fences between each villa instead of using a cement wall. It goes well with the Balinese design and comes with handmade furniture. They also create a large lake in the common area for a better atmosphere for the residents. Even though this place is private, it is not hard to access local prosperity nearby because it is not far from Nai Harn Beach. There are many facilities around the beach, such as Thai restaurants, European restaurants, and fresh seafood at affordable prices as well. You can get there on foot. I like the natural attractions. Thanks to the receptionist who recommended a daily trip to Racha Island. It is the most beautiful island I have ever been to and could get there by boat. It took about 30 minutes. There is the pier not far from the property. Such a nice place and convenient! I highly recommend it.

My thai boyfriend and I came to see the house and decided to reserve the pool villa here ( built-to-order villas in 4-month construction). The staff was lovely and took us to see both detached houses and semi-detached houses and the lakeside pool villa that we chose. The price is not very high compared to other places; I think the plot size is good. The decor and materials are quite good and of quality. There is a communal swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. The location is tranquil; the car rarely drives past because it is about a kilometer away from the main road, but it's not difficult to find something to eat. There is a shop in front of the project, and going to Tesco Lotus Thalang and Makro Thalang is not less than 2 km. The reason for reserving is because we love peace. Besides, I attend to send my children to kindergarten at Baan Kajonkiet Pasak nursery, just 6 minutes away by car, very convenient. If we want a picnic at the beach, you can go to Layan Beach, quiet, not crowded, just about 6 kilometers from the project.

The project is very well maintained in a great secure location, there's a shuttle bus that goes all around the project and shopping/entertainment areas close by. The product is top quality and the views of the golf courses all around is beautiful. Peaceful quiet and great for families.
