Easy to travel because it is only 200 meters from Phetchaburi MRT. Worth the money for both a private living and for long-term investment.
The condo is modern, and the technology system used in the condo is advanced, whether it is an auto parking system that residents do not have to find the parking because this system will find a parking space for the residents. Whether we go home late, there will be a parking space for us. Moreover, there is a security system with a key card system and 24-hour security guard as well. Others cannot enter the project only if they exchange their ID card. You can trust this condo and don't have to worry.
As for the passenger elevators, I think it's enough for all residents because there are five elevators. Besides, there are many relaxation places where we can choose. No matter what angle it is, it is comfortable to sit because there are many resting corners to choose from according to your favorite style. There are also the relaxation corners, but there is also the communal pool (Salt System) with overlooking a 180-degree Bangkok and The Chao Phraya River view as well as many facilities such as a gym, sauna, multipurpose room, etc.
Personally, I like the design of the project. The room is well-designed and organized, in which the room looks spacious and airy. Besides, the project provides fully-furnished furniture. I have lived here for about three months, and I have not heard annoying problems yet. I felt pleasant when staying here because it is very tranquil, although the project's location is in Sukhumvit.
Furthermore, it is convenient to go everywhere both by private car or taking Nana BTS Station. However, most of the people take the BTS Skytrain. I think that in the future, real estate prices in this area will definitely be higher. It is suitable for investment.

The living room is spacious enough to accommodate guests and hold parties. The common area also offers a full range of facilities. There is a large swimming pool, lobby, garden, and helpful staff. The location is not crowded and convenient to travel. If anyone does not have a car, they have to walk to the Nana BTS Station, and it takes about 15 minutes. However, it isn't worth the price paid because it is very old, although it is convenient. Also, the parking spaces are not enough, and a few and out of date exercise equipment. It should be improved in these sections.
We enjoy living in this apartment. We like our playroom and gym very much. But it is unfortunate that sometimes I find some people don't have a good manner using the public areas. Like they don't take off their shoes in the playroom or do not care if the kids are screaming, and they are not the only ones there.

It’s exactly what I like when I saw it in a five-star hotel. The pool is big and full of foreigners. It makes me relax, and I can make friends. It seems that so many expats chose to stay here so that I won’t get lonely. Never heard of any complaint at all, which is good. One of the reasons to stay here is security systems. It’s properly strict. It’s my main concern as I stay alone. The guards work hard, but super friendly to other residents and me. I’m impressed by how they can remember us.
The project is in a perfect location. It’s near my school, so I walk. It’s also easy to find food as the area is bustle and full of commuters. Oh! And if you want to travel, there are Phetchaburi MRT and Asoke BTS nearby. Usually, I catch a bike taxi to get there because it’s really convenient. One more thing, the condo is near the University and a massive stadium for running. I always go there. It’s free and helps me to get to know people.
Mansions here are not crowded and private. It is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom with high ceilings provides great city views. There is a large glass to allow well-ventilation. The space in the room can be modified and designed by yourself. Because the project only has an empty room and partially furnished. There is a kitchen, bedroom, and a lovely spacious living area.
Besides, the facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, and a 24-hour security guard. Also, the building is well-maintained. As for traveling, it is considered a very convenient area because you can walk to the public station easily. At the same time, taxis are passing the whole day, or you can take the BTS Skytrain because it is near to Phrom Phong BTS Station. Many routes connect to the project, easy and convenient for traveling. You can also go shopping and dining at The Emporium. If compared to the nearby accommodation, this place is worth the price paid. Privacy, peace, and heart of the city.
Overall building is acceptable, many people working in the CBD live her and some retired expats. The project has some decent sized units, although they are a bit outdated its acceptable.
This project is located in a very convenient soi - walking distance to restaurants, BTS Asoke, and terminal 21. Its also ideally located near to NIST school. The rooms are nice and bright. Really recommend the facing North as its impossible to build more high rise buildings.
This condo is suitable for living together as a family because the condo's area is very big, like a single house, which can accommodate many family members. Personally, I have lived here for about 5 years. Overall, this place is not like other condos, which is not crowded and busy because the number of residential units is only 42; compared to other buildings, it is definitely less crowded. The security system is also excellent. Parking is sufficient. Also, if we want to travel by train, the condo has a free shuttle service to the front of the station.
Day time is quiet but night time impossible to sleep if you are on the side of the building facing aloft. If you can get a room on the Hyde side, it is ok. Nice facilities, but noisy a f.

Taxis are running throughout the whole day. In addition, there are many convenience stores around the project. If walking to Nana BTS Station, it takes only 15 minutes. At the same time, the project is near the Terminal 21 shopping mall and can easily find food to eat in the Sukhumvit area. The project here is suitable for people who work in the city and want peaceful accommodation. Quality location is considered worth the investment.
I am the student who rented here since I was a first-year student. Our choice here is because the condo is located in an alley away from the busy and crowded main road. So, we chose the condo situated in the alley because I love tranquility and don’t like any noise. When I went back from school, I can take my time to relax in the room quietly.

Wattana suite is ideal for families with kids going to NIST school as its really close by. They have got 3 bedrooms type very suitable for a family. And the price is not expensive for the city center.
