    Day time is quiet but night time impossible to sleep if you are on the side of the building facing aloft. If you can get a room on the Hyde side, it is ok. Nice facilities, but noisy a f.

    highrise condo is centrally located, easy access to Nana BTS station/motorcycle taxies. Endless choices of restaurants and watering holes. Gets noisy on the weekends and traffic is horrid in this area
    The condo answers to people who do not like to go far away on weekends.

    The condo has 32 floors and is very outstanding in this area. I think it is in a great location close to Nana BTS, easy to get around. It can take just one station connected to Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, where there are business areas and many shopping centers. The mall that I often visit and it is very easy to find something to eat is Terminal 21 and Koreatown, only a 15-minute walk. Prime 11 is also close to the nightlife area. You can go out and have fun without worrying about being far from home. Many famous restaurants are not far from the condo. There are convenience stores along the route. The project has several facilities, including a gym, lounge area, sports field, common area, excellent maintenance, cleanliness, and the large swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and a children's pool that can see beautiful views of the town. The staff at the lobby were helpful and impressive. From the room on the balcony, you can see the city view. Spacious room decorated in a minimalist style with a mezzanine. Install furniture ready to use. Although the project is attached to the main road, it offers excellent privacy. The condo answers to people who do not like to go far away on weekends. I can spend all day at home without being bored. Overall, it is worth paying. The disadvantage is that the building is quite shabby. Parking sometimes is not enough for the number of residents, and if traveling by bus, you have to waste a lot of time with traffic jams.
