Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by car, you can start from Sukhumvit MRT station by heading northeast along Soi Sukhumvit 21/Asok Montri Road for about 210 meters. Then, turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 21 Yaek 1 for 190 meters and continue to Soi Ruamjai for 500 meters; you will find the project on your left-hand side.
- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS Skytrain. The nearest station is Nana BTS. Once you get off the station, head south toward Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for 102 meters and turn left for 150 meters. Then, turn left again to enter Soi Sukhumvit 13 and continue walking for 180 meters. After that, turn right for 150 meters and turn left into Soi Ruamjai/Soi Sukhumvit 15 for 220 meters; you will find the project on your left-hand side.

Wattana suite is ideal for families with kids going to NIST school as its really close by. They have got 3 bedrooms type very suitable for a family. And the price is not expensive for the city center.

Great location; it is in the center of the city, making it very convenient to travel. The project is close to Sukhumvit MRT, Nana BTS, Asoke BTS, Terminal 21 shopping malls, restaurants, and many shops. Plus, it's near my office too. The room I rented is a two-bedroom unit area of approximately 110 sq.m. that is very spacious with full furniture, suitable for many people. Reasonable price with complete facilities. Don't need to use the service outside.
It is a lovely place to live. Highly recommend it.

It is a very peaceful condo even though it is in the heart of the city. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very helpful. The pool is big and clean. The fitness center also has complete exercise equipment. Overall, the common area is clean and maintained. I have been staying in a 2 bedroom unit. The living space is spacious and well decorated with lovely furniture, but the water heater is not working well sometimes—convenient transportation, near Nana BTS, only a 10-minute walk. There are also shopping malls, tourist attractions, restaurants, and hospitals nearby. It is a lovely place to live. Highly recommend it.
