The location of the project is excellent. Good environment, quiet, and next to Khlong Phra Khanong. Architecture is a hit. There is a full range of facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness, parking and shuttle bus, etc. The 1-bedroom type at 36 square meters is functional and fully equipped. Even though the room is not very big, space is allocated very well.
I bought a 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom unit. The design is fabulous and exactly what I like. The room is also soundproof, and Bangkok's night view from the room is breathtaking. The common area has extensive facilities such as a swimming pool, lounge, fully-equipped fitness center, English garden with a private seating area. The location is near the main roads such as Petchaburi Road and Sukhumvit Road, connecting to many alleys in the Sukhumvit area. You can avoid traffic jams in rush hours in the morning and evening. It saves a lot of commuting time. Plus, if you don't want to use a private car, you can also use a mass transit system because Petchaburi MRT is 950 meters away from the project.
It's a luxury and perfectly blended between location and all convenience nearby, well-matching the city men's needs. I love the classical architecture used with the building, making it beautiful and pleasant. Importantly, the atmosphere is so private as there is an excellent security system which I don't have to worry about anything. As for the location, it is located in the city center, the first reason I decided to buy this condo. It is surrounded by various conveniences, and it is also convenient to take the BTS.
Great condominium in a great location! I can walk from the project to the BTS within 5 minutes, so I don't need to worry about traffic jams anymore. It's really convenient to get around. Nearby, there are a lot of good restaurants. Most of them are Japanese ones, which I love. There are the Emquartier, the Emporium, and Terminal 21. My room is a 1-bedroom unit, which is larger than standard rooms from other projects. If you have companies, you can choose 2 or 3 bedrooms or even Penthouse. There is a gym, a swimming pool, and a steam room that I usually use within the project. The staff takes really good care of the equipment and the surrounding area. They give excellent services. Honestly, the condo is a bit pricey but might give effective returns in the long run. I don't think it's gonna be a big deal for selling and renting out.
The condo is in a great location where you can access many main roads, ideally near Phrom Phong BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Asoke BTS, to travel easily. There is The EmQuartier nearby within 20 minutes walk! You can explore food stores and go shopping. There are several schools and hospitals like Bangkok Prep International School, Ekkamai International School, Bangkok University, Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, and Rutnin Eye Hospital. Personally, I love this condo. I bought this from a Thai owner many years ago. I'm impressed by the staff and the guards who are so friendly. They take care of the residents and the clients nicely. We say 'hello' to each other every day. The facilities are complete. You can try a wide range of gym equipment; there are well equipped. The outsider can also use the project's facilities. There are 2 types of the pools here, for adults and kids, which are pretty large, I love spending time here on the weekend. My room is in a one-bedroom type at 50 sq.m. It's so inviting because the previous owner had a good sense of decoration. There is some furniture, so I didn't have to buy much. When I bought it, the price was 4 million baht, but it's worth it since the spacious room in the prime location can be hard to find.

The common area is luxurious, and the design can be called very fanciful. There is an infinite pool on the roof that comes with a gym that is fully modern equipped. My room is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is worthwhile and enough space for a small family. There is a small kitchen in a European style with full kitchen equipment. Even the condo is located on the main road, but not crowded and quiet, providing excellent privacy, just a 2-minute walk to Phrom Phong BTS. The downside is the service is generic, and the staff only help with some matters.
Project was 100% sold out few years back due to the prime location. In the past years the infrastructure around this project has improved significantly, you are neighbors with the Hyatt regency and Sofitel(like 50 meters away).
At first, I had several projects that I was interested in. Most of them are in the heart of the city connecting the Sukhumvit, the Thonglor, and the Ekkamai area. Eventually, I chose this condo because of many reasons like the location.It's located on the main street near the U-turn on both sides, making it both inbound and outbound. It's suitable for a salesperson like me who usually commute. For those who travel public transport, you can take the Skytrain. The nearest station is the Ekkamai BTS station. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. There are also many restaurants nearby, and it's also close to convenience stores like 7-11, MaxValu, and department stores like Gateway Ekamai. The room I stay in is a duplex. The ceiling is quite high, making it looks wider. The room is fully-fitted, which is the only thing I'm not impressed with. Here, I think it depends. Some may think that it's a waste of money and time to choose furniture, but getting your style is still worth it. The facilities provided suit all needs, including a fitness center, swimming pool, elevators, and auto-parking system. The juristic person here also offers good services to the residents. If there is any problem, the problem can be solved promptly. I would recommend for those who look for a condo in this area. Also, it's worth investment as the price will increase in the future.
I used to stay almost 2 years at The Line 71 - it was an excellent experience - Nice gym nice swimming pool located floor 6 - It's just behind the W market which is very convenient if you eat outside often outside. I recommend the corner unit there, the layout is perfect for a couple or someone live alone.

I reserved a 1 bedroom condo at The Fine Bangkok Thonglor-Ekamai. As I visited the gallery, it is beautiful and elegantly decorated, equipped with complete facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, co-working, and a meeting room. Also, here is a perfect atmosphere. It feels like we can relax comfortably. It is also close to Thonglor BTS station. The condo is now completed. I am ready to move in.
I bought a 2-bedroom unit with excellent built-in furniture. I like the decoration of the condo, which is incredible and luxurious. The 24th, 25th, and 27th floors are occupied by very high-class amenities. I like the 30-meter long swimming pool decorated with the glittering floor, making me feel like swimming in the middle of the night sky. Plus, you can see a unique city view. But just one thing, the parking lots are not enough, and the project has its separate area for the visitors.
This condo is a cozy place for me in the heart of Sukhumvit. I moved to Thailand for work, and I didn't expect to get an excellent room here because the project is pretty old and not having much information. I found this room on the rental website at very low prices, judging the room size - 2-bedroom units. I rented for 30,000 baht per month, which I think is okay to live with my brother. Plus, we prefer to use public transportation, and the project is also close to the BTS, just 5 minutes walking. There are no other skyscrapers in the neighborhood, just detached houses, which makes me feel relaxed when I walk into the alley. Also, there are many restaurants around because foreigners are living. The food can vary from street food to famous restaurants. It is also just a few steps to the leading department stores that gather all lifestyles, such as cinema, shopping centers, drug stores, etc.
My room is 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. The overall appearance of the room is modern since it has been renovated. The living area is well maintained and clean. But I think it was left unrented for a while as I saw some dust on the furniture. Yet, the owner managed to have the room cleaned before we arrived. The room is decorated in Thai style with wooden materials on the cabinets and floors. The kitchen is complete with kitchen equipment. I rarely use the swimming pool and the gym because they look poorly maintained, and some of the equipment does not work.
I owned the business around this area and want to find the place to stay near Ekkamai BTS station. Within 5 years of the stays, I've never faced any serious problem. The condition may look a bit old as it was built a long time ago, but the juristic person always came in for maintenance. There is also a wealth of facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and elevators. On my weekend, I used to go to Gateway Ekamai or rooftop bars most of the time because they're within walking distance. After I lived here for a few years, I got tired of it. Now I prefer to go out of town, which isn't hard to get there at all. I only walk about 10 minutes to reach the Ekamai bus station. The station is a large one that I can get anywhere over the East, such as Rayong, Chonburi, and Trat. It suits the lifestyle of a beach lover like me. As for the room, it's pretty large and fully-furnished, so I don't need to spend my money to buy furniture. Inside the room, it's well decorated. Overall, I like this condo. I have no regret buying it at all.

This condo is suitable for living together as a family because the condo's area is very big, like a single house, which can accommodate many family members. Personally, I have lived here for about 5 years. Overall, this place is not like other condos, which is not crowded and busy because the number of residential units is only 42; compared to other buildings, it is definitely less crowded. The security system is also excellent. Parking is sufficient. Also, if we want to travel by train, the condo has a free shuttle service to the front of the station.

There are also taxi running the whole day, yet it is close to leading department stores such as EmQuartier and Terminal 21. That's why there is a large number of foreigners living in this area. I think it is worth the price paid. The condo provides privacy and quiets, even in the center of the city.
