I owned the business around this area and want to find the place to stay near Ekkamai BTS station. Within 5 years of the stays, I've never faced any serious problem. The condition may look a bit old as it was built a long time ago, but the juristic person always came in for maintenance. There is also a wealth of facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and elevators. On my weekend, I used to go to Gateway Ekamai or rooftop bars most of the time because they're within walking distance. After I lived here for a few years, I got tired of it. Now I prefer to go out of town, which isn't hard to get there at all. I only walk about 10 minutes to reach the Ekamai bus station. The station is a large one that I can get anywhere over the East, such as Rayong, Chonburi, and Trat. It suits the lifestyle of a beach lover like me. As for the room, it's pretty large and fully-furnished, so I don't need to spend my money to buy furniture. Inside the room, it's well decorated. Overall, I like this condo. I have no regret buying it at all.

This condo is suitable for living together as a family because the condo's area is very big, like a single house, which can accommodate many family members. Personally, I have lived here for about 5 years. Overall, this place is not like other condos, which is not crowded and busy because the number of residential units is only 42; compared to other buildings, it is definitely less crowded. The security system is also excellent. Parking is sufficient. Also, if we want to travel by train, the condo has a free shuttle service to the front of the station.

It is divided into zones, which there is a small open kitchen, comprising sinks, infrared stoves, and shelves. Besides, it is close to Phrom Phong BTS station or 15 minutes walking. There are also taxi running the whole day, yet it is close to leading department stores such as EmQuartier and Terminal 21. That's why there is a large number of foreigners living in this area. I think it is worth the price paid. The condo provides privacy and quiets, even in the center of the city.
I have stayed here. From the first step that I entered the project, I could deny that the structure has been delayed over time. But it doesn't mean that the interior would be old and outdated. An older building but the price points are outstanding. This is one of the most affordable projects in Thonglor. Although they need a serious renovation, it is worth in investment if you will be living there. Thonglor is the upscale neighborhood of Bangkok "beverly hills" and is dominated with restaurants and entertainment. Lots of good International school and hospitals in the vicinity.

It seems that so many expats chose to stay here so that I won’t get lonely. Never heard of any complaint at all, which is good. One of the reasons to stay here is security systems. It’s properly strict. It’s my main concern as I stay alone. The guards work hard, but super friendly to other residents and me. I’m impressed by how they can remember us.

I personally love the bathroom design of the bathroom as it's in a vintage white and golden sanitary ware, making the bathroom look more spacious. The condo's common area includes a swimming pool, a fully-equipped fitness center, and the sauna room that I use often. There is plenty of parking in the project, so you don't need to waste your time finding it. Most importantly, the security guards here are serviced-minded, helping me every time I enter the car park. The neighbors are cute and friendly. I feel a very warm welcome since they moved in here.
It is a quiet condo, even in the heart of the Sukhumvit area. I made an annual contract because I thought it would be convenient to work in the neighborhood. You can use a motorbike service to get to Phrom Phong BTS station as it takes only 5-10 minutes. I often go shopping at The Emporium at the weekend cause it's the closest mall. If talking about the room, it has been excellently renovated with good quality furnishings. My room is on a high floor, so it's very airy. The room is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are spacious and well proportioned. I think the interior is pretty nice. The common area is clean and maintained. Anyway, the parking lot here is not enough for the residents, and the staff is not friendly. They always dismissed and ignored all the complaints. These weaknesses should be improved.

Royce Private residence is a nice building well known for the large units. Its ideal for families and convenient for location. Would be better if the swimming pool was located on the higher floor but still ok. Many lifts - nice staff - always clean - very good condition building.

I rented regarding the condo is located in the center of the amenities, where there is everything, such as shopping malls, restaurants, and near to the Ekkamai BTS Station.
