The room is clearly divided into various areas and has a high ceiling. The living room is decorated in a white tone, looks wide and clean. The lobby is also beautifully decorated and luxurious. The fitness room has a variety of exercise equipment. The sky garden offers a pleasant atmosphere; I really love to sit there. But just one thing, the parking lots are not enough, and the project has its separate area for the visitors.
I reserved a 1-bedroom unit with luxurious built-in-furniture before the construction was completed. Now, since the project has been completed, I have just moved in. Everything was terrific. The rooftop garden and a swimming pool area is airy, and you can see a 180-degree view of the city. The gym has new equipment, and there are not many people using them. 100% parking, perfect location near EmQuartier, Phrom Phong BTS, Phetchaburi MRT, very convenient and excellent!
Located in Thonglor 10, this is another massive residential project and most likely the largest residential project that we will see in Thonglor ever. Not sure how this high density project still has a luxury price tag. Unit layouts are ordinary and small, product finishing are not outstanding
I give 10 points to the Condo here because of the good project location. Traveling by car is very quick and easy. The surrounding area has many restaurants and cafes. You do not have to worry that it will be difficult to find something to eat. If anyone doesn't have a private car, they can use the project's shuttle bus service. However, if anyone has a private car, they have to restrain their minds about parking because sometimes it's not enough. The project offers a wide range of facilities. The pool is too small, and there are few seats on the deck. Overall, it is fair and suitable for people working in the city center.
We enjoy living in this apartment. We like our playroom and gym very much. But it is unfortunate that sometimes I find some people don't have a good manner using the public areas. Like they don't take off their shoes in the playroom or do not care if the kids are screaming, and they are not the only ones there.

The station is a large one that I can get anywhere over the East, such as Rayong, Chonburi, and Trat. It suits the lifestyle of a beach lover like me. As for the room, it's pretty large and fully-furnished, so I don't need to spend my money to buy furniture. Inside the room, it's well decorated. Overall, I like this condo. I have no regret buying it at all.

I've been here for almost six years. I bought 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. My office is near the condo; so, I decided to buy it. It's close to many public transportations, and I always take the BTS at the Asoke station because it's the nearest station to my condo. I often take the BTS more than other transportation because I have to use this route to work every day. After work, I always feel good staying at the condo, and I can spend more of my free time resting. It's different staying at other condos. When I moved here, I have more personal time and convenience to do everything, whether shopping, traveling, and staging delicious food with a wide selection. It's convenient in all aspects of my life. The on-site features a rooftop pool, a fitness center, BBQ grilled area, etc. There are security guards who always take care of 24 hours, and key card access system in terms of the security system, good protection from outsiders entry. I think it's a good place, the location is excellent, and the project features a wide range of facilities and a perfect security system.
