Directions to the project
In case you visit the project by car, start from Sukhumvit Road, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 31 (Soi Sawasdee), drive about 500 meters, and turn left again. Then keep going for 650 meters and pass The School of Music and Music, Silom Village on your left. Then turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 31 (Soi Sawasdee), and go for 200 meters. Then turn right for 400 meters; you will pass UFM Fuji Super on the right-hand side. Turn right after passing CITI RESORT, Soi Sukhumvit 39 for 69 meters. Keep driving in the alley for 96 meters; you will find the project on the right-hand side.

If you get to the project by public transport, the most convenient method is Phrom Phong BTS. When you get off at the station, you can hire a motorcycle taxi or walk into Soi Sukhumvit 39 for about 1.6 kilometers or 20 minutes; you will find the project on the right-hand side.

The condo is in a great location where you can access many main roads, ideally near Phrom Phong BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Asoke BTS, to travel easily. There is The EmQuartier nearby within 20 minutes walk! You can explore food stores and go shopping. There are several schools and hospitals like Bangkok Prep International School, Ekkamai International School, Bangkok University, Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, and Rutnin Eye Hospital. Personally, I love this condo. I bought this from a Thai owner many years ago. I'm impressed by the staff and the guards who are so friendly. They take care of the residents and the clients nicely. We say 'hello' to each other every day. The facilities are complete. You can try a wide range of gym equipment; there are well equipped. The outsider can also use the project's facilities. There are 2 types of the pools here, for adults and kids, which are pretty large, I love spending time here on the weekend. My room is in a one-bedroom type at 50 sq.m. It's so inviting because the previous owner had a good sense of decoration. There is some furniture, so I didn't have to buy much. When I bought it, the price was 4 million baht, but it's worth it since the spacious room in the prime location can be hard to find.
