Every units there got a private pool which is the main point in this building. Big duplex - perfect for families. Very close to mains attractions. A bit expensive but easily negociable for a long term contract.

I have already booked the Walden Thonglor 13 project. It is an under-construction, located on a prime location in the quiet Wattana district and surrounded by complete amenities. Walden Thonglor 13 is a new outstanding project in terms of location and the project meticulously designed to match the residents' needs in the future. No matter how elegant the design is, premium-grade decoration and the facilities inside the room and outside are perfect. I booked a 1-bedroom room which size fits my needs. The common area is well-equipped with a modern swimming pool and a unique design. The security system is stylish and has the digital door lock system and the automatic entry and exit system (access control). It is a very interesting modern project and is close to various amenities, convenient to travel and privacy. The condo is very suitable for urban lifestyles and worth the investment, whether renting or buying for living by yourself.

An older building but the price points are outstanding. This is one of the most affordable projects in Thonglor. Although they need a serious renovation, it is worth in investment if you will be living there. Thonglor is the upscale neighborhood of Bangkok "beverly hills" and is dominated with restaurants and entertainment. Lots of good International school and hospitals in the vicinity.

Also known as the Beverly Hills of Bangkok, this project offers the best price for this area. Its walking distance from the mainroad suk 55, and surrounded by all the upscale establishments of Thonglor. The size of the units are good and very hard to find in this area. Keep in mind that the units are outdated and need a design touch in case you purchase. Overall great value for money

Centrally located project walking distance to both BTS and MRT within minutes. Modern design using quality materials. Particularly like the large windows and layout. All established buildings surround the project (with NIST) behind meaning that views are not obstructed.

At first, I had several projects that I was interested in. Most of them are in the heart of the city connecting the Sukhumvit, the Thonglor, and the Ekkamai area. Eventually, I chose this condo because of many reasons like the location.It's located on the main street near the U-turn on both sides, making it both inbound and outbound. It's suitable for a salesperson like me who usually commute. For those who travel public transport, you can take the Skytrain. The nearest station is the Ekkamai BTS station. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. There are also many restaurants nearby, and it's also close to convenience stores like 7-11, MaxValu, and department stores like Gateway Ekamai. The room I stay in is a duplex. The ceiling is quite high, making it looks wider. The room is fully-fitted, which is the only thing I'm not impressed with. Here, I think it depends. Some may think that it's a waste of money and time to choose furniture, but getting your style is still worth it. The facilities provided suit all needs, including a fitness center, swimming pool, elevators, and auto-parking system. The juristic person here also offers good services to the residents. If there is any problem, the problem can be solved promptly. I would recommend for those who look for a condo in this area. Also, it's worth investment as the price will increase in the future.

The moment I arrived at the Tela all the security are very nice and warm welcoming the ceiling of the common area are very high the architecture and aesthetic of the condo is well design .

It sounds crazy right? but what I've put for the topic it's true!!! I owned one room from this place for my entire Thai family and I found that it's worth to buy, as you can see the price is very high but trust me everything here is such an Olympus on earth. The facilities, the public space and including my room design make me feel like i'm lying my back on the place of gods like Olympus. I'm so over the moon to owned the room from this place.
