great location condo, 3 minutes away from nana bts, calm while being in the middle of all morning and evening buzz. well maintained considering the number of units there. very popular with couples coming to thailand for few months to experience the thai way of living, and they extend more and more while being in this location due to the variety that this location offers. it hasn’t been a year yet since i bought this condo. i bought the penthouse which has a very spacious area, and the furniture they selected is beautiful. it perfectly fits. also, the project has offered many facilities in a communal area, such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, and so on. i’d say that this condo is perfect for my lifestyle because it is in the city center, easy to travel anywhere as being adjacent to nana bts, and close to terminal 21, nana square, and foodland supermarket. the project is located in a good area close to the community and surrounded by many amenities such as central bangna, hospitals, schools, restaurants and convenience stores. it is only 2.5 kilometers from asok bts station. there are also buses, motorbike taxis and taxis available in this area, making a living in bangkok easy. the project has 4 types of rooms ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom units. the room i rented is a one-bedroom unit, spacious and fully furnished. the project also has many facilities, such as the swimming pool, the parking lot, and a 24-hour security system. i had accidentally visited this condo as i got to wrong place. however, it turned out that staff are nice and security guard helped me find a correct place. i also had chance to see how well they maintain the building and with high privacy. only 4 units per floor and total 38-39 unit owners only. staff knows every person stay there so it is very safe, i think. location is great too as it located in beginning of sukhumvit road, a heart of bangkok. price is not that high compare to other condos in same area so i think this is a gem. the condo is a bit outdated but situated in a superb location at the end of soi nana. the area is tranquil, with a few people passing by. the transportation is not as difficult as you might think because the project is near the main road of sukhumvit, just 800 meters away. walking to nana bts takes about 10 minutes, extremely convenient. although the project was completed for a long time, the condition is good. the room i stayed in has three bedrooms at 300 sqm. apart from adequate space for arranging furniture and storing stuff, the open-plan area also makes the entire room airy and comfortable. the staff's service is average. the facilities are basic like other condos, such as a pool, a gym, and parking space. the price per square meter is not high compared to other condos in the same area. it's worth the money!
