I owned the business around this area and want to find the place to stay near Ekkamai BTS station. Within 5 years of the stays, I've never faced any serious problem. The condition may look a bit old as it was built a long time ago, but the juristic person always came in for maintenance. There is also a wealth of facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and elevators. On my weekend, I used to go to Gateway Ekamai or rooftop bars most of the time because they're within walking distance. After I lived here for a few years, I got tired of it. Now I prefer to go out of town, which isn't hard to get there at all. I only walk about 10 minutes to reach the Ekamai bus station. The station is a large one that I can get anywhere over the East, such as Rayong, Chonburi, and Trat. It suits the lifestyle of a beach lover like me. As for the room, it's pretty large and fully-furnished, so I don't need to spend my money to buy furniture. Inside the room, it's well decorated. Overall, I like this condo. I have no regret buying it at all.

There are a few facilities in the project, but all are excellently maintained. It includes a swimming pool with a kid's pool, a gym, passenger elevators, and a parking area. Any helps needed, you can ask the staff. I am very impressed with the room so much because it is spacious with good quality furniture. It is a ready-to-move-in! It is divided into zones, which there is a small open kitchen, comprising sinks, infrared stoves, and shelves. Besides, it is close to Phrom Phong BTS station or 15 minutes walking. There are also taxi running the whole day, yet it is close to leading department stores such as EmQuartier and Terminal 21. That's why there is a large number of foreigners living in this area. I think it is worth the price paid. The condo provides privacy and quiets, even in the center of the city.
An older building but the price points are outstanding. This is one of the most affordable projects in Thonglor. Although they need a serious renovation, it is worth in investment if you will be living there. Thonglor is the upscale neighborhood of Bangkok "beverly hills" and is dominated with restaurants and entertainment. Lots of good International school and hospitals in the vicinity.
The project is in a perfect location in the heart of Thonglor. This is in an alley away from the main road, so it is quite quiet. The room is spacious, and the layout of the room is well-organized. My room is the second hand, which the previous owner built extension. The design emphasizes the use of gray and brown colors to give a warm feeling. There is also the use of wood materials for furniture, floors, and marble in a very modern and elegant style. The air conditioner in the room is a ceiling type. I personally love the bathroom design of the bathroom as it's in a vintage white and golden sanitary ware, making the bathroom look more spacious. The condo's common area includes a swimming pool, a fully-equipped fitness center, and the sauna room that I use often. There is plenty of parking in the project, so you don't need to waste your time finding it. Most importantly, the security guards here are serviced-minded, helping me every time I enter the car park. The neighbors are cute and friendly. I feel a very warm welcome since they moved in here.
It is a quiet condo, even in the heart of the Sukhumvit area. I made an annual contract because I thought it would be convenient to work in the neighborhood. You can use a motorbike service to get to Phrom Phong BTS station as it takes only 5-10 minutes. I often go shopping at The Emporium at the weekend cause it's the closest mall. If talking about the room, it has been excellently renovated with good quality furnishings. My room is on a high floor, so it's very airy. The room is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are spacious and well proportioned. I think the interior is pretty nice. The common area is clean and maintained. Anyway, the parking lot here is not enough for the residents, and the staff is not friendly. They always dismissed and ignored all the complaints. These weaknesses should be improved.
I bought a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom here, which is very large, about 50 square meters, and the condo's price during the COVID-19 pandemic is considered excellent. There is a fabulous western kitchen. I like its elegance yet modernity. Every corner of the room looks clean, clear, and well ventilated. The view from my room is a city's view. The project here has good facilities such as a swimming pool, a sauna, and a fitness room. It's very close to the Eight Thonglor, shopping mall, and many restaurants. Thonglor BTS is about 10 minutes walk from the project.

I rented a 2-bedroom at Oriental Towers Condo. The living space in the room is suitable for my living entirely. I rented regarding the condo is located in the center of the amenities, where there is everything, such as shopping malls, restaurants, and near to the Ekkamai BTS Station. It is very convenient to travel. The project's facilities are also complete, whether it is a swimming pool, a fitness center, and what I am impressed with is the sauna, because I usually use it. In terms of the security system, it is very secure. I don't have to worry. I was very impressed with this condo.
I had a short-term living here because my son wanted to take the Thai language course. We love Thailand very much, so I think this is a great time to stay here for a while. Our family has been to Thailand very often, this was the longest time for 4 months, and we contacted the agency introducing us to the place. After I saw the picture, I decided to choose here because it looks very peaceful and shady. The building exterior isn't modern in Thai style with warm colors like yellowish-white, yet the room is also well-decorated in Thai style. Inside, the room is very spacious and fully-furnished with a large sofa set in the middle of the room.
Most importantly, it is much cleaner than I expected. Also, there is a common area within the project where you can do many leisure activities with your family, such as a tennis court. I liked going to exercise in the evening with my son. There are a fitness center, a children's playground, and a swimming pool(which is a bit small) in this condo. Unfortunately, the condo didn't provide free internet access for residents, making it inconvenient during my stay at the beginning. Although the building looks a bit old by time, the location here is excellent. Convenient transportation, close to the Skytrain, just 10 minutes walk! It's also close to the park.
If you like a crowded community, I think this place suits you. It is surrounded by many condos and shops. It is also easy to travel because there are taxis through the entire line. The building is quite old, but the interior is excellent quality furniture. It is well maintained here. This condo has a simple design with the highlight of this project called Runesu; it is adopting technology from Japan that is the beam inversion system is the ground, the floor is the beam. The project is developed by a Japanese Team and made for Japanese people. There are only 156 residential units in total. The project consists of 8 floors situated in a privacy area known as Thonglor. I am the one who like about Japan a lot. Therefore, I am interested in this project so much, the first step into the room makes me feel like staying in Japan. I am interested in the two-bedroom unit with all wooden decoration and earth tone colors used. Besides, there is a storage compartment on the floor. All materials are imported from Japan. Moreover, the project also has notably services that help investors to find tenants as well.

The condo here is divided into 2 buildings. The building that I stayed in has 36 floors. The pool area is large and clean, adjoining with a shady garden and small patio. I never feel disappointed with this at all in both services and facilities. There are several special services that the staff will assist you with 24 hours; everything is perfect, the lobby area is spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The interior includes an open kitchen area. Also, there is a storage shelf equipped with an excellent quality infrared stove. Besides, there are various furniture installed and ready to move in. The most perfect is that it is used as a home automation system. I can control everything through a mobile phone. It is such a fantastic system and an excellent application of technology projects. It's awesome.
However, it was difficult for me when I first moved in, and now I'm getting used to this area. Walking to Thonglor BTS Station is only 10 minutes, and able to connect to various places easily. If you don't want to take the BTS Skytrains, we can also use the project's shuttle bus service. The project's entrance is surrounded by many convenience stores along the way, where it is full of shopping malls and famous restaurants. Great location! I think it is suitable for people working in the central city.
