Location and transportation
Project H Sukhumvit 43 is a high-rise condominium, located on Soi Prommit, Khlong Toei Nuea, Wattana, Bangkok. It takes up almost 2 rai of the area. Although the site is not on the main road, the location is perfect as it is in Soi Prommitr which allows the residents to enter and commute conveniently. You can access many routes such as the side of Phetchaburi Road or Sukhumvit Road, which can be reached from both private cars or public transportation nearby

In case of using Petchburi Road heading to Sukhumvit, drive from New Petchburi Road to Phetchaburi Road about 2.2 km before turning left into Soi Phetchaburi 38/1. Then turn right into Soi Sukhumvit 39 and turn left, drive about 2 km, and turn left onto No. 3 Road about 300 m and turn left to Soi Sukhumvit 43 for 500 m.

In case of using Sukhumvit Road, turn right into Soi. Sukhumvit 39. Then turn left into Route 3 Rd., and turn left into Sukhumvit 43 about 500 meters, you will find the project location.

To reach the project by BTS, get off at Phrom Phong BTS Station at Exit 4, go to the southeast towards Route 3 Rd., and turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 43 (Soi Saeng Mukda).

Project H Sukhumvit 43 is a high-rise condominium that is classified as a high-class level. With a total height of 32 floors, the project contains 290 residential units in total ( 39 - 229 sq.m). The project presents 4 room types that are 1 bedroom (38.5 - 51 sq m), 2 bedrooms ( 50.5 - 106 sq m), 3 bedrooms (95.75 - 229 sq m), and penthouses.

The rooms are fully furnished with premium materials and sanitary ware such as Kvik kitchen sets from Europe, TOTO sanitary ware, key and knob systems from Yale USA, and a concealed tank from Geberit Germany.

In each room, the plan was laid out to reduce congestion by dividing the room space into a large size and not having many narrow nooks to promote the airiness. The condo is situated in the perfect location of the Sukhumvit area. The room is enormous and comfortable. There is a big pantry that allows me to prepare food for my husband conveniently. It makes me feel as if I was at my home in Japan. The materials are modern and high-quality. There is a top-class security system that assures my safety when I’m home alone. When I get bored, I usually swim or enjoy the view on the rooftop. The pool is very stunning that I can swim while seeing the city view of Bangkok. The location of the project is perfect. It’s near my husband’s office that he can walk to work every day, and I can go to the shopping mall to buy food easily. When I need to use the Skytrain, the nearest station is the Prompong BTS station, within a 10-minute walking distance.

I moved to Thailand because I got a promotion. I was looking for a condo in the heart of the city convenient and near the office. Before moving in, I didn't have much time to look at the room, so I checked through the website and came across H Sukhumvit 43 when comparing the prices and accommodation standards. I think this place is the best value for money. When I came to see the real thing, I liked it and decided to rent for the long term. I got a room on the 25th floor with a 180-degree view from the balcony. The room's color is beautiful and fully equipped with furniture. The room size is about 43 square meters, suitable for 1-2 people equipped with a fully equipped kitchen. What I like is a common area that has everything. I like to go to the gym, sauna, and the sky swimming pool is quite large. The condo here also has a shuttle bus service to transport the residents to nearby areas as well. It is very comfortable and many foreigners living here. If talking about traveling, this condo is only a 5-10 minutes walk from Phrom Phong BTS. It takes just only one station to my workplace to Asoke BTS. It is also close to many shopping centers such as EmQuartier and Emporium, as well as many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Located just 1 kilometer from Phrom Phong BTS station, this condo is one of the new condos in the North Klongton area. It can be accessed everywhere because many paths connect all roads. Moreover, it is also close to Phrom Phong District. The surrounding project is surrounded by many small street food stalls; I like this place. It gives a sense of calm and relaxation. The receptionist is friendly, and the room is also fascinating. Interestingly, the project facilities are on the 30th floor with a great swimming pool, offering superb city views. It also has a modern gym with good equipment.

This project is different from other projects that are purchased for investment and mainly leased to foreigners. Make your guests comfortable, and owners can easily rent out. The project has received a lot of attention from the Japanese. This area has a lot of Japanese live there and the most advanced safety system. Most of the residents are married couples in which the husband has to go to work, and the wife lives at home. The project has an entrance-exit system called Drop-arm, which selects people to enter the elevator hall. Use the key card to access and get in one by one (to protect the stranger walking-by). The project has a full range of facilities, a swimming pool, garden, gym, sauna, and yoga room. And another highlight in this project is using top brands of interior materials in the room. The floor of the room uses good materials. Interestingly, the toilet bowl in the bathroom is used in the Hung wall style. Also, the hot-cold water system here is stable and heats up very quickly. The project is located in the center of the city. But at the end of the alley makes it peaceful. I got a room and rented it out within a week. A luxury condo that will enhance the quality of life and deliver comfort for us. I am impressed with how beautiful and elegant the room is. After walking through the project's common areas and facilities, I can see how much the developer pays attention to the details. All furniture is designed to benefit the residents the most, as well as a fitness center, a swimming pool, a sky lounge, and extra services such as concierge and shuttle bus service. They all impressed me so I could easily decide to buy. For the room, I decided to decorate it myself. When I viewed the mock-up room, I'm sure they only select high-quality furniture. From my room, I can see the beautiful view of Bangkok. Although the condo is in the town center, the nearest Skytrain, Phrom Phong BTS, is almost 1 kilometer away. You can walk, but honestly, it's a bit far. because there is a swimming pool in this system at the condo, added convenience quite a lot. In this part of the room, even if I choose to decorate myself, but when looking at the sample room, I can guarantee that the furniture here is of high quality and up to standard. Also from my room, I can see the beautiful view of Bangkok. However, even though this condo is in the center of the city, the nearest sky train station (Phrom Phong BTS) is almost 1 kilometer away. So, if not in a hurry, you can walk to. But maybe a bit far.

The beautiful condo is located in the heart of Sukhumvit, near Phrom Phong BTS station, only 800 meters. Also, it is near Emporium and Emquatier shopping malls. Getting to work is easy and convenient. Besides, there is a full range of facilities, which services and takes care of all residents for 24 hours. The condo's surrounding is decorated very lovelily and modern. There is a tranquil green garden that makes us feel good when we come back from work. Moreover, there are diverse places near the condo, but the place where residents can spend their leisure time is Benjasiri Park. It is suitable for relaxing and exercising, and it is near to the Phrom Phong BTS station as well. The most admirable is that there is a shuttle bus to services all the time. So, we don't have to drive a car ourselves. Lastly, we would like to say thank you very much to the team supporting all residents, including us.
