Runesu Thonglor 5, a low-rise condominium situated in the Thonglor area, developed by a joint venture company between 'Woralaks Property' from Thailand and 'W-Shinwa Group', a Japanese company. Besides, the interior of the project is designed by the IAO Takeda, a number-one design consultant for 5 years. Altogether, Runesu Thonglor 5 becomes a remarkable Thai-Japanese condominium in the Thonglor area. Throughout the innovative design, a common area, and well-selected materials, the project reflects its uniqueness in every aspect.

Design of the project
Reverse Beam Technique is the concept of this project. In Japanese, the technique is known as 'Runesu', the origins of the project's name. The design, a signature of the Shinwa Group, refers to the inversion of a house's beam from ceiling to the floor, which creates an underground storage space of up to 60 cm.
The project also uses the technique of lowering the floor, which is in the living area, bedroom, and hallway. In the living area, a technique called "Skip floor" is used to lower the area to increase the space between the floor and the ceiling. It will make your living area look larger and well-proportioned. In the bedroom, the project used a technique called "Den & Loft" to combine bedding and working space in a fixed area. While the bed is lifted upper, it provides the free space below for the working area. In the hallway, the floor is designed to have different step levels. Once the residents leave their shoes at the lower-step floor, it will prevent dirt from spreading throughout the hallway. These techniques help to manage the usable area functionally.
Besides the design, they also pay attention to small details, including material selection. The wall is soundproof, which will make your stay more peaceful. The automatic lavatory in the bathroom will make it more convenient to use. The bathroom floor is carefully laid out to allow the water to flow quickly and eliminate the stains and mold on the floor.

- To get there by car: start from Rama IX Expressway, turn right onto Phetchaburi Road, and make a U-Turn to Soi Thonglor. Turn right into Soi Thonglor 9, turn left onto Soi Thonglor 17 or Soi Padi Madi Klang, drive another 70 meters to reach the project.

    This condo has a simple design with the highlight of this project called Runesu; it is adopting technology from Japan that is the beam inversion system is the ground, the floor is the beam. The project is developed by a Japanese Team and made for Japanese people. There are only 156 residential units in total. The project consists of 8 floors situated in a privacy area known as Thonglor. I am the one who like about Japan a lot. Therefore, I am interested in this project so much, the first step into the room makes me feel like staying in Japan. I am interested in the two-bedroom unit with all wooden decoration and earth tone colors used. Besides, there is a storage compartment on the floor. All materials are imported from Japan. Moreover, the project also has notably services that help investors to find tenants as well.

    The beautiful condo with a Japanese scent that we like a lot. The reason for choosing a condo is that it is designed in Japanese style. The room looks spacious, bringing nature to be in harmony with your home. It is more livable because we stay here doing some business with Japanese people around here. The society here is good. The environment is quiet and attractive. Our rooms are decorated with lovely furnishings as if raising a Japanese house for us as a whole. There is a storage space located under the floor or ceiling, and there will be a storage compartment for us to store quite a lot of our collectibles. It is something that we are delighted to make our room more efficient in living even more. Another highlight of this place will be the traditional Japanese onsen that the residents can take the service. As for other facilities, there is a communal pool, automated car parking spaces, etc. Also, it is surrounded by local amenities, contributing my life more accessible and convenient.

    Japanese wife and I recently relocated to Thailand since I have a project that will probably take a few months. I was worried that my wife wouldn't get used to Thai culture, so I tried to find a condo to rent in the Thonglor area because I've heard that there are many Japanese people there. I didn't feel regret at all choosing the condo. The location is superb! There are various choices of Japanese restaurants, and it's also easy to get around as the BTS station is within walking distance. My wife was really impressed with the facilities in the common area, especially the original Japanese Onsen. She liked to spend most of the time there meeting with other Japanese residents, so my wife never felt lonely at all. On weekends, I liked to putt golf at the rooftop course. I would say that two of us barely going out anywhere in our spare time, as the project provided enough facilities that we could enjoy. The room comes with perfect proportions, and also I like the design of it. But on the way down from the kitchen to the living room, you have to be careful here for those who may not be familiar with the design. Other than that, I think it's okay. The facilities are well-maintained. The juristic officers are helpful and knowledgable. I will definitely stay here again if I have a chance.
