- Traveling by public transportation - It is convenient because the Project is near the Thonglor BTS Station, a distance of about 1.1 km, or takes about 15 minutes to walk. Moreover, it is near Sukhumvit MR Station, Ramkhamhaeng ARL Station, and the gray line Skytrain (in the future). Also, there are either motorbikes or taxi to services in front of the Project.     I used to lived here with my sister. This place is such a good place! The public facilities are very useful and beautiful, especially the swimming pool in the night you can see the good point of view while swimming.

    This project is not for the conventional investor, Khun by YOO is a piece of art on its own and reserved only for selected buyers. You need to have a preference for Art and Modern Design concepts to fully admire and appreciate the project. The facilities are outstanding and the units are of high quality. The interior designs are unique and can be chosen based on the buyers taste. A very unique building and that reflects in the price. Located in the mid of Thonglor(Beverly hills of Bangok)

    Firstly, I saw it through advertising, and I thought it was a very interesting project because a world-class designer designs it. This makes the project more exclusive and different from others. This project is located at the center of prosperity, surrounding communities, International restaurants, especially Japanese restaurants, 5-star hotels, and department stores. Also, it is close to many offices. The project has distinctive both the design of the building and furniture decoration. In front of the project it is very outstanding, attractive, and beautiful with the glittering copper-colored building. The room that I am interested in and inspected is a two-bedroom with a unit area of 97.75 meters. The highlight is a spacious living area that connects the living room, dining table, and kitchen. Also, a terrace is long but pretty narrow. This project using a Home Automation system connected to the Sansiri Home Service application controlled through mobile phones, makes it more convenient for the residents. For example, you can control the electrical system to turn on and off. The room ceiling is high with 3 meters and using a wooden floor that protects from the humid. There is a sink from Foster Brand with a slope design in the kitchen that helps to drain the water very well. All kitchen sets are from Smeg, imported from Italy, which uses all good materials that are worth money. The project's highlight is the common area, such as a swimming pool that is 30 meters long, in which the temperature can be adjusted. The decoration is unique. There is a large yard on the rooftop where the residents can relax and watch movies with the family. There is a large screen TV over 80 inches, and the most important, all areas are uniquely and beautifully decorated. As for traveling, this is very convenient, no need to worry. The project access with many routes and close to the expressway. Also, it is near BTS Station, only 1 kilometer away from the project. However, it is a road with a heavy traffic area. Suppose you are interested in a luxury condominium with modern decoration and located in the heart of a prime location. In that case, this is a good place to invest in the long term and would increase the profits that I would like to recommend.
