The building is strikingly tall, consisting of only 88 rooms. It is spacious and offers good privacy. The interior is paved with marble floors imported from abroad, an open kitchen equipped with ready-to-use equipment, a garden area decorated in European style suitable for relaxing. The staff provides excellent service. The project is located in a prime location where I take just 5 minutes to Ploenchit BTS station and close to Central Chidlom. Staying here is such an experience of a lifetime that you will find nowhere else. It's a good quality of life that I'm willing to pay. The project is attracted by many investors to take over. Not disappointed that I choose to buy this condo. Nice place to meet the needs of my lifestyle. It is a condo that makes my life better. I was able to experience something new here. Although Noble Ploenchit is located in the city's heart, various greenery trees provide a shady and calm atmosphere. It is always nice to sit and relax. Besides, there are many facilities in which I can swim and exercise every day at this condo. It is also easy to travel and convenient because it is near the Ploenchit BTS Station and close to the famous Malls.
Even though the price is high, it's worth having one.

At first, I was very worried about the project's price, whether it would be worthwhile to invest in it because the starting price is relatively high. The project is located in a prime location called the most expensive area, but it will return to us for convenience. This project is in the city's downtown, convenient in all matters; it is close to Chidlom BTS, just 5 minutes, or even you can take a taxi, motorbike, or even express boat services. Also, the project's neighborhood is surrounded by famous department stores, various shops, and restaurants that you can walk to the department store in front of the alley. There are Central Chidlom, Central Embassy, Big C, etc.
The project facilities include fitness, sauna, garden, and swimming pool; the swimming pool is a stunning design because the white stone is used in contrast with the blue water. It feels calm and located on the rooftop.
In the end, I chose the two bedrooms, decorated with cozy and luxurious styles, and the interior was fully utilized. There are many storages, all decorative materials used top-grade items, marble floors in the kitchen are easy to clean, and the room has tall-high glass that can access natural light. Another feature of the master bedroom is the wallpaper, which is handmade and imported from Hong Kong. It is made of silk and inlaid with small and large pearls when the lights in the room are turned on, and it sparkles that is very pleasing to my wife. One thing I didn't like is the bathroom because it is pretty small. Overall, I'm impressed with this project because of the project's unique design, with elegant colors, and the area is good. Also, the staff at the project are well trained. They have good manners, helpful, and friendly, yet the service is equivalent to a real 5-star hotel.
For a high density project, the finishing are well done. Located on the corner of Phetchaburi and wireless road, this project is only minutes away from downtown Bangkok. Impressive facility quality and common area's. The price of this project is great value if you avoid buying from the Chinese agent, they have marked up 12% and that's one reason why 100 units came back in the market Q3 2020.
I was impressed by the quality of materials used for this project. Looks almost flawless. Nice wooden floors and well equipped kitchen. the bedrooms have a good size. Unfortunately the ceiling height is quite low and gives it a claustrophobic feeling.

Get a view of the city and green spaces from Lumpini Park and the Royal Bangkok Sports Club. The important thing is that this project is a freehold condominium, but other projects are leasehold condominium.
