Noble Development Public Company Limited is a publicly listed property development company incorporated in Bangkok, Thailand. The company listed its shares on the stock exchange of Thailand in June 1997 (stock quote: NOBLE). The core businesses of the company are residential project development. Noble was founded in 1991 by a visionary group of Thai businessmen led by Mr.Kitti Thanakitamnuay.

Until now, Noble had 20 projects consisting of 10 detached housing projects

Not disappointed that I choose to buy this condo. Nice place to meet the needs of my lifestyle. It is a condo that makes my life better. I was able to experience something new here. Although Noble Ploenchit is located in the city's heart, various greenery trees provide a shady and calm atmosphere. It is always nice to sit and relax. Besides, there are many facilities in which I can swim and exercise every day at this condo. It is also easy to travel and convenient because it is near the Ploenchit BTS Station and close to the famous Malls.

Excellently located in the prime area of PLOENCHIT, next to Ploenchit BTS Station. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the Central Embassy. The highlight of this project is that there is a private lift in each room. However, it is quite expensive in case of having a more extended stay. Two things are considered to be the issues: the water isn't running, and some staff is impolite.

I am thinking about a minimal style that can match with the classic things entirely in the project. The interior and exterior are incredibly blended, and that made me very comfortable to stay here. The project's highlight is a private lift that can access directly to my room so that I barely use the public hallway anymore. I think it keeps privacy for the residents very well. The common area is clean and excellent, with sky gardens decorated in different styles in each building, and you can walk to see the 360-degree observation viewpoint of Bangkok. Also, a large standard swimming pool comes with a Locker close to the sauna area separated male & female. The maintenance also keeps standard, and you can reach staff anytime you need help. My room is one-bedroom and looks well organized. The lift area is an empty hall where laundry stuff can be installed if required. The kitchen comes with durable furniture. Our room is on the 18th floor, very airy and comfortable. From the bedroom window is a view of the pool. The living room is decorated in black and white tones. It looks great and blends in with the central area of the project. If talking about transportation, it is convenient because the project is located in an excellent location. We can walk from Ploenchit BTS station to the condo straight away. There is a skywalk at exit 5. It is very convenient and pleasant. The project is close to several nearby amenities that you can take 5-7 minutes to walk to Central Embassy and Central Chidlom or taking about 15 minutes to reach the Sukhumvit area. Superb & Worth!
