To get to the project, you can take the MRT and get off at Silom station. Continue heading North for about 160 meters and turn right onto Ratchadamri Road for about 450 meters. The project is located in a great location in the Ploenchit area, near Lumpini Park, and also close to Ratchadamri BTS. It is the highest luxurious building with full facilities such as a garden, a swimming pool, a library, and a reception hall. The room interior is grand with decent furniture as well. The project is currently under construction, but you can visit the sample room. The salesperson also offers excellent service. I'm very impressed with the service from the very first step.

I had a chance to visit the Muniq Langsuan Project, which has been launched recently. The launching prices are a relatively high but worth investment because the project sells as Freehold ownerships. It's good for investing. I am impressed with the location as it is close to Lumpini Park, shopping malls, and various public transport like MRT and BTS. For example, Ratchadamri, Asoke, and Ploen Chit BTS convenient to go everywhere. Besides, the project focuses on the urban needs to stay closer to nature. The interior is luxuriously decorated and suits the price. Moreover, there are complete facilities, including a gym, jacuzzi, etc. In general, it is a new attractive project to buy.
