I like the common condo facilities of this condo because I love doing spa treatment and saunas regularly. Life is so convenient for me as I didn't have to go out to take outside services. I can take leisure on my vacation happily. The location is also okay, close to the convenience stores, restaurants, and not far from the office and Chiang Mai International Airport. It makes my journey easier. I have stayed here for a while. It is a nice atmosphere, lovely staff, and an excellent security system. The room was spacious, nicely decorated with furniture. All living areas are perfectly in zones, not cluttered. Life is so convenient. In general, it is suitable for room prices.
Condo in the center of the city, easy to travel, but have to have a private car.

The condo location is convenient because it is located in the center of the city. However, if you want to go somewhere, it's better to use a private car because the bus fare is sometimes too expensive. The condo is only 8 floors high, with not many rooms, so it is not too crowded. I live in a 2 bedroom room with my boyfriend. I think it's too big for us. Anyway, It's good to have a large area for friends to hang out or organize parties. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The disadvantage is that Wi-Fi is not available sometimes, so I have to buy personal internet instead !!
5-Star service, next to Shangri-La hotel, and have many famous restaurants

The location of the condo is great, located in the center of the city on Chang Khlan Road, opposite Krung Thai Bank and close to the Shangri-La Hotel, which is quite private, not crowded with people. Near the Night Bazaar and Nimman Road, ​​the project neighborhood has many famous restaurants. The exterior still looks new and clean. The room is spacious. There is a large kitchen corner, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven suitable for cooking. The decoration is luxurious with a blend of Lanna styles and wooden materials. There is a small balcony. From the room, you can see a pool view; and common areas are fully equipped with parking, Wi-Fi, the rooftop garden, a resting area, and a swimming pool to chill out and get a cool breeze. The project also has a reception that welcomes and solves problems quite quickly. Unfortunately, the condo is not pet-friendly. Now, I can only have a fish in a cute aquarium tank.
