I bought a unit here because its located in a prime location for a acceptable price, walking distance from Sukhumvit road or Onnut area. The condo is behind T77 district and is part of Bangkok's largest expat community. The W market is just at the end of the soi and all restaurants offer "value for money" deals. Phra Khanong is growing into a mi of local and international restaurants. The condo itself has the right price per sqm compared to any other new development in the area. The unit comes fully furnished. Because Phra Khanong/Onnut has a high influx of people, the occupancy rates for rentals are high!

At the back of the Lobby, there is a turquoise swimming pool. It gives the sense that we are swimming in the sea. Besides, there is a well-equipped fitness center. I rented a condo Nivati Thonglor 23, 1 bedroom type. The room is quite spacious, and the room's facilities covered my needs a lot, so it is very worth renting this condo. The interior of the room is lovely, the gold and white color tones are richness and warmth. As for the material decoration, it is a premium grade suitable for a good price. The most important is this condo offers great privacy and is located in the heart of Thonglor, called the prosperous district. Therefore, it is convenient to travel because it is situated near Thonglor BTS Station and close to shopping malls or many amenities. It is such a good environment, making me don't have to worry about anything.

I have a chance to see the sample room and like this place. First of all, it is a high-class residence that has complete facilities. Especially, the common area with a fitness center and a large swimming pool. It is the best highlight of the project where we can observe the city's 360-degree view, and it's so amazing, including a jacuzzi on the roof that can see the view. The design in the room was beautiful and classy. It is also a great location where daytime has the office area, and nighttime is a bar and restaurant to chill out. I think it is very suitable for investment and accommodation in the long run.

From the investor's view, I think Muniq 23 is an interesting condominium in the Asoke area, a CBD area of Bangkok. You can say the location is just premium. The highlight of this project is its architecture, both exterior and interior. From the outside, you will see the building designed in different tiers from the well-known designer. I think the concept is to respond to the lifestyles of urban people nowadays. The condo is stunning and modern, plus, the common areas look so inviting with large greenery space, a pool with a sky view, and a gym. More than that, there is a private theater for the residents to spend time together. The condo's rooftop has a panorama lounge where the residents can enjoy the endless view and the bar.
The room I went for inspection was 69 sq.m. It was decorated luxuriously with the warm-tone color. In the bedroom, there is a floor-to-ceiling window at the corner so you can enjoy the view from your bed and get natural light. The kitchen is decorated with marble, so it looks so clean and elegant.
The location is convenient for private and public vehicles. You can easily access BTS and MRT. The neighborhood is also wealthy for living with facilities such as restaurants, offices, the Interchange 21 building, and shopping malls like Terminal 21. After visiting the project, I can say that it's worth investing, although it's a bit pricey. It will give you a good return in the future.

I've been staying for about 3 months now. I'm very satisfied with this place. The room I stayed in is a two-bedroom unit. It's large, making it's easy to adjust the space for desired functions. The materials and furniture in the room and the common area are from hi-end brands. There is home automation. I can turn on-off the lights and AC via the mobile application, and the video door phone makes my life much more comfortable. The condo is in the prime area with a few minutes walking to Thonglor BTS station. When we are in a hurry, we usually go to BTS, but I'll drive by myself some days. Those who own a luxurious car like me don't have to worry about the parking lot. The project has a supercar and superbike parking space separately with an EV charger for electric cars. Even if this is located in the city center, it still offers you a great deal of privacy as it's on the blind alley. If you go to the main road, it's quite busy. There are many restaurants and department stores like Emquartier and Emporium, also the cinema at Major Cineplex Ekkamai. The price is quite reasonable compared with the quality of both the staff, facilities, and location in the prime area, which offer you various transportation choices.

Celes Asoke is an iconic building erect in the heart of the Asoke CBD, only 500 meters away from the Asoke BTS Station and the Sukhumvit MRT Station. There are very few units per floor, which marked a private atmosphere. The room I am interested in is a 3-bedroom unit with a living area of 252.25 sq.m. Although the price is high, it is worth the money. The project sells the only type of rooms - duplex (not including 1 unit of penthouse). It has a total usable area of 250 sq.m. with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The specialty here is the layout, which can be adjusted to suit our lifestyle. You can also choose the window size as you want. I love natural light, so we install a large tall glass. Since the project is a low-rise condominium with only 4 floors, we are unable to enjoy the beautiful view in this area. However, the condo is quite far from public transportation, such as the Skytrain. If you don't mind riding a motorcycle, it would be an option to save time and avoid the traffic jam on the road.
Located in Thonglor 10, this is another massive residential project and most likely the largest residential project that we will see in Thonglor ever. Not sure how this high density project still has a luxury price tag. Unit layouts are ordinary and small, product finishing are not outstanding
