Nice room, great atmosphere, and professional service staff. I am satisfied with everything about the condo, including a complete range of facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and luxury jacuzzi. I am not disappointed that I rented this condo because in the past there were no problems. Everything is fine. Moreover, this condo is located 600 meters far from Phrong Phong BTS station and can walk very conveniently. It is also not far from the facilities of this condo area as well.

While I visited Thailand, I chose to stay at Le Raffine Jambunuda Sukhumvit 31 because there is a private pool. The room is also luxurious and spacious. There is a kitchen that is convenient for cooking. I can have a small party with my family. Moreover, there are bedrooms, a living room, dining table, washing room, furnished furniture, and a full range of facilities. Besides, I can swim at any time, even at night. I love this private pool because I usually swim late at night. Also, swimming in the communal pool this late-night may disturb others.

My family and I have moved to Thailand for many years to do business. We previously stayed in Phuket for two years and now just moved to Bangkok. The condo here is very spacious even though the outside looks old-fashioned, But inside the furniture is beautifully decorated. The room we live in is a three-bedroom, it is on the 23rd floor with a private swimming pool and a beautiful city view in the evening. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Phrom Phong BTS to go to work, and sometimes I always use Asok BTS to go shopping at Terminal 21 with many restaurants and amenities to spend time off. Furthermore, there are convenience stores in the alley along the way. Just 5 minutes' walk from the entrance to the condo, there are taxis and motorbikes service through the entire road, so you don't have to worry about traveling if you live here. The downside that I don't like is that the front of the alley is a big road and a lot of traffic. If you have a private car, it will be difficult and waste a lot of time. That's why I prefer using BTS and MRT services.
The concept of this condo is awesome, owner super nice!

I'm Thai and living in Japan now. I got married and moved to Japan. I saw the condo on the website. Our family (including my husband's parents) plan to live with my husband in Thailand. My husband is Japanese and works temporarily in Thailand. The room we rented is a 3-bedroom, three bathrooms, 360 sq.m. Decorated with luxury in the European style, fully-furnished, and almost furniture made from wood. Also, the kitchen is designed with an open kitchen style. The living room is very spacious. The owner was very kind to us, on the first day we moved in she knew we came from Japan, so she wrote a welcome word in Japanese that was cute. My mom and dad are very pleased. Moreover, there is a private swimming pool on the terrace which we liked. As our parents are older, we are worried about cleanliness. The staff in the lobby are friendly. The condo location is in Soi Sukhumvit 31, with a variety of restaurants, especially Japanese restaurants. It is convenient to go everywhere, and we can ask the staff to call a taxi to pick us up in the lobby. Even you can go to BTS station in 2 minutes only(by driving a car). Also, it is situated near the EmQuartier and Emporium Malls.

If you enjoy a luxurious lifestyle, I would highly recommend the place. I went to a private party with my friend who rents the place, and I understand why he pays a lot of monthly for his condo. He can get private access to his OWN pool at the balcony - no sharing with kids at all. The room is spacious and fully furnished. The decoration is beyond expectations as you can feel a sense of luxury in every inch. The location is ideal near Phrom Phong BTS and Asok BTS. If you can make a large profit from your business like my friend, paying for a top-class living quality is not a big deal, why not?
