Big room and very high privacy

My family and I moved from China. I've lived in this project for almost 5 years. I like the project in a convenient location. Easy to travel via Phrom Phong BTS and by car. The area is pretty quiet, and people are not crowded. There are restaurants and malls surrounded. The number of residents is quite small, with only 10 units. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, decorated in a modern style. There is a complete set of furniture. The kitchen corner is spacious and fully equipped with kitchenware. There is a swimming pool and playground for the children to spend their free time. The security guards take care of us very well. Safe and comfortable for sure.

Convenient to travel both private cars and public transport !!

Prompong Mansion is a convenient condo for traveling because it's located at Soi Sukhumvit 39 that connects to route 3 and New Petchaburi Road to avoid terrible traffic. For those who don't have private cars, you can easily take the BTS because it's 650 meters close to Phrom Phong BTS station. The condo provides comfortable rooms with large balconies, where you can make it to a small garden. The common area includes a swimming pool and a children's playground. However, the parking is insufficient for the residents, making it difficult to find the park late at night. Besides, the room rate is not high, and you can rent it for the long-term.
