It was totally right to buy this condo as its' worth my money. My room is fully-furnished with wide space. It is a 1-bedroom unit with a good proportion. The facilities are superb, ranging from a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, clubhouse, convenience store to many restaurants. Didn't see any difference from other luxurious condos. The place is quiet and not bustling. The juristic person works well to keep the common area clean. Anyways, prepare for the lack of parking space as there are too many units and residents. I am not usually the one that handles it, as I don't have a car. I usually hire a motorbike taxi. Nearby, there are many shopping malls here, such as Central Plaza Rama 2 and others.

The atmosphere around the condo is shady. It is very suitable for living. The size of the room fits me very much, but the balcony looks too small. It is not convenient when doing housework or needs to use the balcony. Overall, I think this condo is suitable and affordable. Due to surrounded by many interesting places, this condo is worthy of buying. Besides, there will be the upcoming BTS Skytrain (Yellow Line) as well. The properties' prices definitely will be higher. That's why I bought it.
The room is quiet and peaceful because the property is not located on the main road and also away from downtown; it's suitable for relaxing. The rooms are available in various styles, starting from a studio room to 3 bedrooms, you can live alone or with family. The rooms are spacious and modern decoration with quality furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. Facilities are basic requirements such as swimming pools, gardens, fitness room (a little bit far away), etc. You will need a sticker to bring the car onto the project, so let the staff know that you need a parking space; otherwise, you have to place your ID card for every entry.
If you don't have a car, there will be a shuttle bus service. Excellent staff, especially Kwan, the maid here. Overall, I'm happy to stay here.
It is in a very convenient location. Opposite the project, there is a market and restaurants. More importantly, it is very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Most of the neighbors living here are flight attendants, stewards, and working-age residents, making the atmosphere quiet and less crowded. In the room, there has a small kitchen corner for cooking
simple dishes. The common area is complete with a gym, a swimming pool, and parking. But the parking lot here is a bit inadequate considering the number of units. Overall, it's a nice project and convenient to travel too.
