I couldn't believe that I could find a condo at an affordable price in the Thonglor area. I have liked the room since the first viewing, so I decided to buy it. My room is 28 SqM wide, which is a decent size. The decoration is fabulous in a modern style. Worth the price! Shame that the parking space is inadequate. The facilities are well equipped. As for transportation, I think it's quite different for those who rely on public transportation because the project is in a small alley, so you seldom get a taxi motorbike or a taxi. Although you can have a shuttle bus to BTS station, the buses are not that frequent. I own a car, so living here is quite convenient to commute. Just 5 minutes to Habito Mall, 10 minutes to the Emporium and the EmQuartier. What a right decision choosing this place!
Good location near the main road

I had a chance to inspect the project. Its location is good, close to the main road and the building is remarkable. Spacious common area with complete facilities, the project surrounding is decorated with lush green gardens around, very shady and pleasant atmosphere. It's one of the best projects to meet the working life. I'm actually interested in the project, but I will wait until the project is complete because I want to look at a real project and easily make up my mind.
