This is an amazing price for such a great location. You’ll be living directly above a Japanese supermarket that stays open until 10 pm, making everything super convenient. There's also a shuttle bus service to the station. The building is around 20 years old, but both the room and facilities are well-maintained, with the room being newly renovated.
