BCP was built in the mid 1990's yet to read some of the comments, you'd think it was built in 1720 !! Its approx. 27 years old and apart from being exceptionally well built has arguably THE best views of any condo I have been inside in Bangkok. I remember having a friend come and meet me for dinner and the moment I opened the door, his first words were "wow!!". Its remarkably reasonably priced for rentals. A nice 1 b/room on the Temple Side (North) with a fabulous view will be approx. 35,000 bpm rent. Compare it to next door, Banyan Tree Residences or 7 mins walk away, Mandarin Oriental Residences and Magnolias. Yes, this is the neighborhood. Absolute cream. IconSiam is a 7 minute walk. The Golden line is at the end of the soi and there is a dedicated boat service to Saphan Taksin, but will drop residents at other stops along the river. It is a GEM of a building and very much a community feel.

Undoubtedly, the best views in Bangkok, particularly on the north side of the building, and with the refreshing and cooling river breezes. The building offers exceptional value, as well as large, secure and solid construction. The rooms are very spacious. Larger than the vast majority on offer. The maintenance and services are as good as any you will find in Bangkok and there is a community feel to the building. It has its own boat service and is easy walking distance to the Gold Line as well as Icon Siam.

Baan Chaopraya Condo was completed over 20 years ago. The building and common area have been well-maintained. The building looks okay. The facilities and room interior has been renovated all the time. Besides, the location is excellent, and the scenery is also nice, overlooking the wonderful Chao Phraya River and the city's views, especially at night, the view is so amazing! Moreover, the facilities are good and complete. I love the swimming pool so much because I can adore the landscape while I'm swimming and chilling. The room is spacious, cozy, and neatly decorated. Apart from that, the project is close to popular shopping centers such as ASIATIQUE The Riverfront, Siam Paragon, and Siam Center. It is also accessible everywhere, which is suitable for living and renting out (investment).
