Luxury condo with a modern and unique design. Outstanding in the Sam Yan area. The location is superb. Opposite the project, there are many famous restaurants, so it is considered a very fertile area and also has a department store. The building is decorated splendidly, such as the lobby, a library, and the swimming pool. The studio room type is somewhat small but suitable for living alone or short-term living. It is decorated with quality furniture. Great value and the people are also friendly.

A high-rise and outstanding building !!

The condo has a height of 40 floors, so it looks outstanding even from a distance. At first, I thought the price would be very expensive, and I don't really want to be here. However, I decided to reserve immediately when I visited the project gallery. It is because the design here is beautiful both outside and inside. Plus, the rooms are fully furnished, definitely worth the investment. Traveling everywhere is convenient as it is located in the heart of the city near MBK and you can walk to Siam for only about 15 minutes !!

A modern condo on Rama 4 road.

It is a modern condominium on Rama 4 road. On the opposite side, there are many delicious restaurants. It takes less than 10 minutes to Sam Yan MRT. There is also a Starbucks and laundry shop in the project, which makes my life more comfortable. The facilities here are also complete and occupy the 7th floor. The gym has a wide variety of modern equipment. The pool is big, and the garden has a very shady atmosphere. The studio room I rented is a compact size at 21 square meters, perfect for staying alone. It might be a bit cramped if you stay with a friend. The furniture is complete, convenient to live in!

Luxury condo in the heart of the city

It is a mega-condominium project with a spacious, luxurious, and huge situated in the city center. The project location suits university students as it is close to the university, only 5-10 minutes. It is considered life is convenient, and most of the residents here will be students. I've been here for a year now, and it is 1 bedroom with fully furnished. The condo is huge, comprising private corners for relaxing, reading books, and doing activities for friends comfortably. There is also a library and a multi-purpose room, matching the students' needs well, 24 hours convenient. For the security system, it is excellent as there is a 24 hours security guard. However, it is hard to find car parking spaces because most of the residents here use their private cars. For me, I don’t use a private car, and it is not difficult for me. In general, it is a great value and perfectly matches the students' lives.
