I bought the 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit for rental business and speculating sales. The room is fully furnished in a modern style, overlooking the city. It is suitable for both couple and single living because the space is fairly huge. Plus, the project has so many facilities, such as the reception hall, the swimming pool, the fitness center, the garden area, the relaxation area, the spacious parking space, and the 24-hour security system. The reason I bought the room in this condo is its convenient location which is only 450 meters close to Lat Phrao MRT. There are also shops, restaurants, and large shopping malls nearby. You won't be starved for sure. For anyone looking for a condo with a pocket-friendly price, this is definitely the right answer.
