The luxury condo in the Sam Saen area, close to Saphan Khwai BTS station, made my life in Bangkok easier. The project is modern, decorated with beautiful standard quality furniture. There are 4 room types available, suitable for all lifestyles. I personally stay alone, so I decided to choose a 1 bedroom unit which is a perfect size. The common area includes many facilities such as a communal gym with fully equipped exercise equipment, BBQ grilled area, communal pool, and sauna rooms to serve the residents. Besides, the project is situated in a potential location, surrounded by department stores, shopping centers such as Big C Saphan Khwai, Central Plaza Ladprao, One Union Mall, and Chatuchak Weekend Market. There are also famous hospitals surrounded, whether Rajavithi Hospital, Paolo Memorial Hospital, Phyathai 2 International Hospital. Importantly, the condo rental price is reasonable. Overall, I'm satisfied with this place.
