The condo close to the famous university with easy access

I've been renting this condo because it's convenient to reach the university. My condo is a studio unit that is ideal for living alone. I only dragged my luggage the first time I moved here because it was fully furnished, including furniture sets and a closet, and it was complete! It also has full facilities, such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, garden, and plenty of parking, as well as security guards on duty for our safety. I'm overjoyed! Aside from the facilities, the ambiance is relaxing, and the location is convenient and plentiful because it is surrounded by restaurants, shops, convenience stores, shopping malls, and markets. It is also easily accessible, as it is only 350 meters, or about 10 minutes, from Sam Yan MRT. I enjoy it here, and it fits all of my needs.
