I used to stay at Baan Chao Praya with a friend the first year I arrive in thailand, I really enjoyed the 2 swimingpools facing the river. My unit got a view that I would never forget, facing half temples half the river, that was super nice. The unit was large enought compare to others places that I have seen - for an old condo the maintenance and quality is great. Good river front residence with good value for the money. Used the schuttle boat every day to reach the BTS station.

My husband and I recently moved to Thailand, and I am not very familiar with the route in Bangkok. Baan Chaopraya Condo, my husband, chooses himself. We have made an annual contract. We desired to have accommodations by the Chao Phraya River. At first, I wouldn't say I liked this style because it was quite out of date in the vintage style. But when I came to inspect the room, it was impressive Because our room has partially decorated furniture and my husband loved those decorations. Fortunately, our room is on the high floor that the wind blows so airy. Also, The common area with a swimming pool overlooking the river is so extremely romantic. I think that the condo here is suitable for people with private cars because here it is quite far from public transportation. However, someone doesn't have a car; the condo has a ferry service for residents; that's acceptable service !!. Also not very far from Icon Siam where we can enjoy shopping and dinner. Anyway, this place is another right choice for those who don't like heavy traffic in the central city and no problem with any transportations.

I want to thank the condo for keeping the standard as well. Besides, it has been renovated all the time to make the building look new. It allows me to trust the safety that the condo has to offer and go anywhere without worrying.

But when I visited the project for the first time, the room is spacious and comfortable. The room I chose has got a stunning view of the Chaopraya river curve, and I love Thailand so much. I need the place to help me relieve stress when working from home, and I can take some rest during the day. The previous owner was so stylish, he got a sense to decorate a resort-like room. Recently, the latest shopping mall, Iconsiam, was open and it turns to be a very convenient location for me. Although the project was finished years ago, the juristic persons maintain the building and the service excellently. Everything is up to date and well-equipped. The security is good compared to other condo is the same area. I know I made the right choice!

My room was decorated with traditional Thai Style, where I could experience Bangkok's view from my room. It is so stunning, especially at night. The room looks good with wooden floors. Besides, the building outside looks old; however, inside the building is well maintained. For transportation, it is convenient, the location is EXCELLENT, which is nearby BTS Skytrain, and the condo has a boat service for residents. My wife seems to face a physical problem. She has to work out three times per week. So, we used the swimming pool at the rooftop to swim, and there is a good view of the nice weather in the evening. Six months here is such a great time for me.

My favorite in this condo is the Chao Phraya River's beautiful view and close to the Saphan Taksin BTS, which is very convenient for traveling. My kids are excited to see the view from the condo. I like the bedrooms very much because it is quite wide. I feel comfortable, and my kids can sleep in another room. I rented two bedrooms condo. The project's facilities are perfect for a swimming pool, fitness center, park, passenger elevator, parking, key card, CCTV, and 24-hour security. The condo is close to leading department stores like Icon Siam. The interior of the room that I rented the condo is perfectly furnished and beautiful, suitable for recreation. I saw my children happy, and I was happy. It's a great vacation.

The room is decorated in a modern style and proper space to stay. As everyone knows, many condos at Chao Phraya river have beautiful scenery, pleasant atmosphere for relaxing in the evening. You can sit and watch the sunset from the room. It is still beautiful in the nighttime with the lights from the streets, buildings, and houses that give romantic feelings. You can get to the project by private car or boat. It depends on your preference and convenience. The neighborhood also has a shopping center Klong San Pier, about 640 meters from the condo, and many good restaurants along the river. I’m thankful to the HR that chose accommodation that suits my style very much. As you can see, the only downside of this place is the access to the BTS. The nearest station is 2 km away in the driving distance; I think it’s not very convenient.

I have a car, but I wouldn't say I like driving because of traffic jams because of the condos in the middle of Bangkok. Traveling by car can be time consuming and boring. If talking about the facilities in the project, there are also major ones. It will be two outdoor pools that are clean available passed the standard. If you are bored would love to go up to the rooftop and relax in the green garden. It is the most beautiful because we can see the Bangkok view. There is also a fitness center to burn fat as well. As for safety, it is just as good as other condos with CCTV cameras, and the system goes in and out using a key card. The condo is not suitable for people who like pets because they do not allow pets. All of these are all the pride of ourselves that I have today by myself and not disappointed in deciding to buy a condo at Baan Chao Phraya.

I am looking for a room near the Chao Phraya River. Today I had the chance to visit this condo before renting. There are many room types, but I like the two-bedroom one the most. The owner is so generous that he gave me a special discount from the normal renting price. The room is very spacious at 60 sq.m. wide with an open-air balcony allowing good ventilation while I can enjoy a river's panoramic view. The room has fully furnished furniture and appliances, such as a microwave, water heater, electric stove, etc. that made my life easier, so you carry your bag and move in. The owner showed me to see the common area of the project as well. There are two big swimming pools and sunbeds so I can enjoy sunbathing after hard work. The rooftop garden is also outstanding. You can enjoy the ambiance of the Chao Phraya River as far as your eyes could reach. Traveling is also very convenient. It is not far from BTS; there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. Overall, everything is good. I think it suite a slow-life lifestyle since this place makes you feel relaxed. I like it so much as it's located in an old town where there are so many interesting places such as Wat Arun, Wat Phra Kaew, Giant Swing, and some more. It's quite easy to get around as it doesn't take much time to walk to the bus stop. The project also offers you a shuttle boat. In case you're tired of being on the road, you can take the boat along the river. I would say the building looks pretty old but well-decorated. The price is also reasonable. Impressive!
