A great place to live near Bangkok's Central Business District (CBD). Everything is so close by like Top's Supermarket, Central Rama 3, movie theatres, Silom and Sathorn Road, many embassies, Lumphini Park, great hospitals, and easy access to all the major expressways. The building was built with above code standards and rock solid. The condo floor plan layouts really make common sense and actually have room to move; not like the newer condo floor plans with idiot floor plan layouts and tight kitchen space. You'll love the swiming pool and the night views of the Bangkok's skyline.

Good setting, next to Chan Road

The project is located in a good location next to Chan Road, easily accessible, and connects to many roads. It is also close to Thanon Chan BRT, which is 500 meters away. Although the building looks old, the interior is well-maintained. The room has been renovated and decorated in a very modern way. There is a swimming pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a pool table. What is very impressive is the service of the staff here. The receptionist is welcoming and very helpful.
