I bought a spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 6th floor, comfy to live with a daughter. The deal was excellent, but there is no furniture provided. I have been here for 3 - 4 months now, no complaints. The staff is always friendly and smiles. The sauna, spa, and yoga studio are where my daughter and I usually spend time. Besides, it's very comfortable to live in. It is also convenient to travel by BTS because it is very close to Phrom Phong BTS, just 800 meters away.
The condo is near the office, convenient to travel.

Working around here for a long time, and this condo is very close to the office, so I decided to buy a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom room, suitable for the price. When compared with furniture and materials, it is a good value. The common area was clean. There are many pleasant amenities. The swimming pool and the fitness center where I love to use it on holidays. As for safety, it's okay; the guard does his job well. Car parking spaces are also convenient, but traveling by car in this neighborhood is not recommended because the traffic is very heavy. However, taking the Skytrain is more convenient and comfortable.

My family and I have been here for two years. I would say that I'm so satisfied with the project. The location suits our needs perfectly as It's easy to get anywhere. There are also various options for transportation, such as buses, BTS Skytrain, and cars. Personally, I usually drive my car to places like my son's school and workplace. But if there is the day that the traffic is pretty bad, I still have another option, which is to take the BTS. The station is within walking distance. If you don't want to walk to the condo, you can grab a motorbike or taxi in the area. It makes me no longer worry about the traffic in Bangkok. There are so my places to go in the area such as restaurants, bars, department stores, so we don't have to go any further. The rooms are spacious, and there are also many room types, including 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, and Penthouse. They are well proportioned with beautiful design. The facilities provided are enough for all residents. I usually spend my spare time in the yoga room while my husband and son love swimming or go to the gym. As far as I have been here for 2 years, I haven't faced any irritating problems. Most of them are minor problems. For example, the gym equipment does not work, but when we contact the legal entity, they immediately solve it. The security system here meets the standard, making me feel safe. We are not sure whether in the future we need to relocate. But I'm not worried about anything so far. If we have to move, I'm pretty sure that we can sell or rent out the place. I would say I'm impressed with the place.

It is a lovely duplex condo with good interior space, spacious, and comfortable. The condo facilities are complete, such as a beautiful swimming pool, kids' room, outdoor playing area, a gym, and a spa, which is very convenient. The surrounding condo is beautiful. The project location is situated in the city center. Importantly, it is convenient for traveling, only 3 minutes from Phrom Phong BTS.

Old-style condo, but the interior is not old at all because the project regularly renovates and maintains the common areas, including the swimming pool, fitness center, jacuzzi, aerobics room, and yoga room. The area is very spacious and well-proportioned too. For security, it is reliable. There is a 24-hour front desk with CCTV cameras. It is also convenient to travel as it is not far from Phrom Phong BTS station, about 800 meters apart; if you are not in a hurry, you can walk and chill to the BTS.

Excellent location, only 800 meters from Phrom Phong BTS station. It's the best condo for me since I moved to Thailand. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The project provides a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa. The security guards take care of safety for 24 hours. Although the price here is higher than other projects, the room is big with one bedroom at 66 sq.m, and a large balcony. It's decorated in a European style, beautiful and clean, I really like it.

The condo has 2 buildings and is about 35 floors high. The room is fully furnished and designed in a modern style. Even though it's been completed for many years, it still looks new. Most of the residents here are foreigners. And I think it's not too crowded, quiet and safe, with a spa room and a jacuzzi. It makes me like it here. If anyone is looking for a condo in the middle of the city and convenient to travel to, I recommend this place !!
